2020 wolf trapping AK # 9 Christmas
So on the trapline made a couple sets and did more upgrades. We did get a lynx on the trip. We used the GoPro for the first time and in the future we will tweak it a bit more. Also I used my phone for part of the videos, I lost one good clip of Aparr setting a Wolf snare. I have got it figured out now. I am using iTunes to upload my iPhone videos to my PC. Sure like how that GoPro Hero 7 quality looks. I will add wolf snare clip to another video next week.

Haha yeah I wondered if I was the only one. Glad you like the videos
Great job! Will keep following you.
Awesome
I set Wolf traps out in Alaska many years ago. Bait was snowshoe rabbit hanging from limb over 6 wolf traps. Caught a lynx in trap. All that was in the trap was the paw of the lynx. Wolves chewed the leg of the lynx off to take the body.
Nice set. I would go for the bait. What's Bruce Lee?
what a cute bunny !

Hello from Calgary Alberta, I just watched all your videos and really enjoyed them. I’m wondering are you going to add some fishing videos to your channel also?

our experience has been cats cue in on visual. They use their nose some but no where to the degree of canines. They respond to things with subtle motion. We use bird wings, Christmas tree garland, flourescent flagging, homemade cardboard spinners and cds just about anything to get their attention does the trick and they will come in to investigate. We get them with bait alone as well but often the visual sucks them in.

@@bullwinkled790 - Oh, i see. Do they have their own channel on here? I came across a channel with Native looking men doing the same activities as you guy: Tanana Yuut.
Looks like a good set. New sub here! I trap too, but have only caught one wolf and that was several years ago. Ive also got a channel if you care to take a look. Maybe give me some tips on those wolves!
Why?
