I agree with that but the funny thing is that this team played almost the entire playoffs covered in injury’s, their one of the best teams to win the cup and they didn’t even have their best player.

@@bestcatowner8711 wouldn’t call stammer the best player but if most teams lose a player of his caliber. They’re a first or second round exit. This team is unbelievable. Stammer is now making up for kucherov while kucherov is out. 💀

The most nervous I've ever been the whole playoffs was the 5th overtime of that first game with the Jackets. Once that game was won in the 5th overtime, I was just feeling it for the Bolts the rest of the playoffs. Knew it was their time.

Watched nearly all of their playoff games. It was an exhilarating playoff indeed. Best complete team in decades.

In all honesty, y'all could actually do it. Y'all are such an amazing blend of raw talent, player chemistry, and coaching direction that I wouldn't be surprised if this began a dynasty.

it all depends on constancy, part of the reason they won the cup was because people had givin up hope with them due to the sweep, they used that drive to prove themselves, they knew that because of what happened last year they needed to give it 100% and they did, But we can’t just forget about the sweep, or the Washington ECF, those lightning teams had just as much talent but in the big games their offense would stall and teams would take advantage, this changed because the Lightning got more responsible with their play and would adapt to the situation whatever that may be. The Lightning needed to lose in order to win, but now that they won what’s their drive other than just try to repeat, this team has the skill and time to become a dynasty but I don’t know if they have the drive to make it happen. Also injury’s are killin this team all the time so that plays a part.

since the salary cap came in 2005, imo i'd say that the 2020 TBL was a salary cap dream team. they proved they could play against any style of hockey and win. and brayden point, he's only 24...in due time with continued development he could be the next bergeron.

Goodrow should have been awarded the empty net goal. He was being hooked and couldn’t shoot the puck. It’s awarded in the Regular season. It should’ve been awarded here as well.
