In the 1980’s the Suzuki Katana was a low level flying machine. This thing ripped. It dropped off in the 1990’s, and I’m so glad to see it back in such a great package. Nice review, thanks Ray!

I bought this bike in May, it’s so much fun! I love everything about it except the stock headlight. Driving at night is a nightmare. Outside of that, it’s an amazing machine 🙌🏽

They have had one at our dealership for a while now and can't give it away. I asked the sales guy why he thinks it won't sell. His reply...gas tank is too small and basically useless. Be a deal breaker for me as well. Shame, because it is a pretty cool looking ride.

I dig this bike..I would buy one if it had 10-15hp.more(MT10)...and didn't have the Super Moto ( MT-10 seat )... I got to have atleast 120 mi..range..there is no gas stations in the canyons ( 11,000 ft. Altitude , colorado)..great review on that sexy bike.

Ray i think you will find out that tbe Katana orrigionally came out in the 1980s in air cooled . The modern one your riding looks amaizing 😊

Very nice bike and video, I knew Suzuki sold the Katana as I have seen them listed on their website. Your video is the first time I have seen a ride on one. Ray, I bought me a new bike last week, a leftover 2023 Yamaha Super Tenere ES, it is classed as an adventure bike, but it setup mainly for touring. I will be picking it up Monday. The weather has been very rainy here and I don't want to ride in the rain on new tires that are not scrubbed in.

Cool bike Ray but do you think the katana is really what’s Suzuki is most known for? I’d say hyabusa first and maybe katana or gsxr in second. I might put katana in third

Your probley right really, Hayabusa then Gsxr. But I know for a fact Katana didn't hurt them at all. All 3 have been staples of streetbikes for many many years. Maybe even the Original GSXR 750 with the two round headlights. Man thanks so much for Watching and Commenting and please don't be a Stranger! You know your bikes that's for SURE! I had one of these bikes as my first street bike and rode it for about 3 years! Loved that bike but traded it in for a 24 GSXR 1000 for the added wind protection
