The fourty-eight is the sexiest of all HD models, in my opinion. After that comes the FXDR .. 😎🤙

I totally agreed with your review, watched it several times, bought a brand-new one this early July, and have enjoyed it for now a week, confirming everything you said. You helped me buy one, leave it stock, and ride it everyday with great pleasure

I’m so excited I just picked me up a Sportster 2020 forty-eight this weekend for my very first bike. She actually looks almost just like this bike and I’m so in love.

Hi Tony love the video. I met you earlier this year when me, my Son & Son-in-law bought three bikes from Sykes and attended the open evening at the end of Feb. Good to see you are well. Look forward to more videos like this. 👍

Very good review. Went over ALL points on the bike and switched sides too! Many reviews never show both sides. Thank you!! I am a bit older and taller. Our touring bike is a bit much to wrestle around nowadays. Could be looking at a Sporty to replace, and just ride for fun

Just bought a white 2020. As they won't be sold in Europe anymore in 2021. Cant wait for it to arrive. All I did was get V&H black twin slash slip ons and black heatshield. Don't think much else is needed! Looks better in real life 😀

Never thought about buying a Harley before. Have an MT09 at the moment. Would give serious consideration to one of these for my last bike.

This bike or the Indian Scout Bobber Twenty would DEFINITELY be my buy if I were in the market for a cruiser. I much prefer the looks of the Indian, but much prefer the air-cooled simplicity of the Harley (I’d probably even swap a carburetor onto it in place of the EFI), so it’s a complete toss-up. Both are super-cool bikes that look really right, handle well for what they are, have plenty of power while not being scary, sound GREAT, and are just the right size for me (5’9”, 150, with weirdly long arms and legs). In fact, these two bikes are ALMOST cool enough to make me wish I was in the market for a cruiser, haha!

I couldn't live with that tank. If I couldn't customise with a larger tank then I'd look for something with a 5 gallon tank. Love the way the engine dominates the bike, particularly on the left side.

If you want to do touring (small or large) just get the Custom 1200 with 17 liter tank. Twice a better bike for that purpose. But if you just want to show off at the cafe, 48 is great.

I want one so much but I can't spend that much money on a bike yet. Even used they're still over 12,000 dollars in Canada. So I gotta stick with my 2000 dollar sv650s for now. Still an amazing bike though.

Yes, an 80 miles range on a full tank is possible. I have a 2015 Forty-Eight and can get that easily with cruise riding/combined. But that includes of course riding 10-15 miles after the low-fuel indicator light turns on

The mirrors suck.. can't see anything. Also it's next to impossible to adjust them so the don't hit the gas tank. You would think harley would have used long stem mirrors.
