On the vinyl version there is no zipper for the backrest. Your printed instructions say to always install the seat *bottoms* first but I see here you installed the seatbacks first. Which works better? Also, the vinyl seat bottom covers have a string but the instructions are nonsense. What are we supposed to do with the string ends---just knot the ends together?
