Just a little advice. I work at a bank. I’m a teller. We bundle our money as follows: 1’s we rubberband 50 and 50 and then put a 100 band on it 5’s we rubber band a 100 and band it in 500 10s we rubber band 500 and 500 and then band it in 1000 20’s we rubber band 500 500 500 500 and then band it with a 2000 band. I don’t know if that would help you. But we love doing it that way! But really enjoy your budget videos and savings challenge!

Good advice. I'll do this for my savings 🙌🏾

I save coin and cash. I put it in a jar that can only be opened if its destroyed. I'm having so much fun saving.

Doing things like this, money saving ideas. Really make you look at how poorly we have spent money on some occasion, although not all have misused their money some how some way money was spent and could not count for what it was used for. since all these different challenges and doing it people who want to save is sooo fun. Thanks for sharing

I am doing this challenge. I have a 3 gallon for my $1-20 and 5 gallon for the lose change

Just started the one challenge and change challenge

Instead of wrapping a money wrap around just 5 or 10 bills. You should stack rather 100 atleast for each denomination. There are other money wraps you can use when adding 100 notes for each denomination.

The blue $100.00 bands are for one dollar bills. Ask your bank for bands for Fives, tens, twenties or just turn the bands around so the blue is on the inside.and write your amount with a pen.

I am doing a similar challenge to this, I save $30 dollars per day and end of the year I can save up to $10520 dollars. (P.S. I am not from the US) I watch this video every week.

Good job on your savings challenge I started in December and I'm at 300 :) it does get tempting to go for higher bills I am collecting 20s and 5s so far and hope to have close to 1400 by the end of the year.

I don’t want to sound rude but when you have a house, mortgage, bills to pay, kids etc. it’s not that easy to save the 50’s, 20’s or even the 10’s for that matter. I noticed that you give yourself a fun money envelope, huge amounts like $1500, why not just put that money in savings right away and just keep what you would normally would use as “fun” money? Please don’t take this as a criticism!! I commend you both for saving!! In my opinion it’s unrealistic to do a video where you are saving your 50’s and 20’s but then you guys are young God bless you both, and obviously don’t have a lot of bills to pay. Again please don’t take my comment the wrong way. I am happy to see you actually budgeting as a new couple! Good for you!

No worries you bring up a great point :) see the thing is so though our fun money is 1500 most of that does go to our savings for this challenge so a good portion goes into this red bucket lol
