I think if the amg driver was in the right gears for the 40 and 60 roll may have been closer, the 40 roll he was in 3rd gear and the 60 roll he was in 4th, he should be in 2nd for the 40 roll and 3rd for 60,

B58 = the new and improved 2jz we call it the 3jz! That inline straight 6 is no joke! Already got a A90 supra in the 8 sec 1/4 pass, and it’s so easy to make power! You could get low 500whp on a stock turbo and a TU hpfp!

Damnn I dit not expect that I love the amg V8 turbo butt those 340i are no joke

The tune on the c63 is the issue those 4.0 are sick

Driver of the AMG was in 3rd for the 40 roll and 4th for the 50 roll? I mean it probably won't change the outcome but it would actually be interesting to watch. Next step for the AMG driver is a driver mod for sure.

Makes sense, I think the E63 makes like 550whp stock, whereas FBO/tuned/e40 340i can make 500whp+ and they weigh like 1000 lbs less than the E63.

Considering the C63 AMG should be matched up against the M5 Comp (which absolutely destroys the Amg) id say it was a good race. Inline 6 single turbo vs twin turbo V8. Weight comes into play but overall Bmw just builds faster cars than Mercedes now. Go through the lineup and Bmw is faster in nearly every class. The new M3 Comp x-drive will mop the floor with most of their lineup not to mention the M5 CS. Both great cars just one has a leg up on the other

If it had as many mods as the bmw it would walk it easy. Also doesn’t help the amg driver was in too high a gear in both races.

Damn that BMW pulled on him pretty hard. Those 340i make good power when modded. I also lost to a 340i and a Q60 in my 2016 b8.5 S4

Nah... all cars were modded, I don't know about the cars mods. But my car is 034 motorsport stage 2 tune and transmission tune with all supported mods. On both cars from a dig I took them, from a roll it was a different story. They both pulled on me on top end.

These c63s need a proper tune only few tuners can do it. Its too complicated to make a good ecu tune because of tcu and cpc. It cuts down power always if not all this things been moded.

Is the AMG on a negative stage 2 tune? Stock they are producing 503HP, with a stage 2 tune, it should be in the 600. Either BMW is making way more than advertised or the merc driver doesn't really have a stage 2 tune.

that 503hp is crank hp for marketing but to the wheels its more like 440whp for the c63 amg. That 340i weights like 500 pounds less and with the dp+ TU pump+ e40 tune it will be making around the 470whp+ range

B58 is the cheat code in the car world

I believe the f30 340i's are moreso around 3450 pounds. They are really light for their size. BMW lost about 100-125 pounds going from the e9x gen to the f30/f80 gen

My E92 335is weighs 3600 and change. The F30s are right around the same, give or take.

Damg that amg got walked, but it takes the W when it comes to looks.

I sometimes can't believe how fast BMW are lately ..back in the day the fastest BMW were from HPF or ESS..now its just bolt ons and a tune ..

@@naturalgainzzz7005 you just aren’t involved in the communities then. Most people tune AMGs for 80-100hp gains from just stage 1 software like I tuned my E450 wagon. You get insane power on all of these modern cars all for the same reason (twin turbochargers).

1. New C63’s have less top end than old C63’s 2. C63S only come with 503 hp to the crank…I don’t think down pipes and a tune will give you over 500 to the wheels buuuttt… 3. ….man I love those 340i’s😍lol it was gonna walk it all day. Still an AMG fan though

@@RobQuincysFather2012 people in the B58 community are the same, they all go MHD or BM3 for OTS but honestly as someone who’s owned them all… MG Flasher is heavily underrated. my car had the best results with their OTS maps, same goes for tuners a lot of people go with F80Paul even though he’s a superior S55 tuner he’s an average B58 tuner.

I’d dare you to try to race a base 3-series against a C63s then 😂. This one is heavily modified, neither the base model nor the M340i could compete with the C63s when stock, you’d have to step up to the M3

The 340i is not a base BMW. The 340i is a replacement for the 335i which was always the mid tier 3 series between the base model and the full on M3. In 2019 the 340i was replaced by the M340i.

@@AutoGlory you can see in the video that he's in 3rd gear.. i watched him paddle into 3rd gear lol if he was in 2nd he'd have much more torque and power... try this same race back with the c63 at 4k-4500 RPM in 2nd gear and i promise it'll have different results.. not meaning the c63 will win..but it def wont get gapped like that
