What seats did you get

Damn your G20’s sick! Mineral Gray FTW! You have HK and a German build (Vin begins with WBA)? I can tell you have a really high spec build (Vernasca leather, power trunk lid). Can’t tell if you have lasers but it seems you have almost every option. Hot damn! You have no idea how hard it is to find a car like yours unless you ordered it like that from the factory. Curious, how’s the stock exhaust of your car compared to the ‘21 and beyond B58? From what I understand the sound got progressively worse especially with the 48V mild hybrid setup. Also what are your thoughts on the LCI? Especially the curved display and the dumb nubby shifter they stole from Porsche? I’m not sold on the huge display except that it looks really ugly from the side angles. Keep the content coming!

Man I really appreciate your response I don’t know where to start but I can’t tell you that the 2020 models sound like they are already tuned/modifed from the factory which is one of my favorite things about the car, they definitely tuned down the sound and changed the newer models after. As for laser lights and German made it’s has neither haha I wish I would’ve gotten lucky w the laser lights but not on this build I do indeed have HK sound system which I think sounds fantastic! And the LCI is beautiful from the outside but not a fan of the Huuuge display nor the deleted shift knob I’d say they did a good job on making it an LCI no doubt! I really appreciate your comment thanks for watching (:

Hey man thanks for the response! 3MW FTW! Wow this car must’ve been one of the first to come out of the San Luis Potosí plant! Glad you got the car with Harman Kardon. Totally agree it sounds amazing. I had a 330i G20 loaner with HiFi and I swear it sounded like an AM radio. The car should’ve come with HK standard and offered B&O as a $2K upgrade. I came from a ‘13 335iS coupe, Black Sapphire on Black Dakota DCT and that car was amazing! That M Sport exhaust had the best sounding cold starts! Really was a poor man’s M3 and drove extremely well and was surprisingly comfortable and smooth even on bad roads. Only downside was the piss poor fuel economy (10-12-ish city/16 Hwy real world mpg). Like even the F82 has waaay better fuel economy. The E92 was my daily driver for the first 3 years I owned it and became a garage queen and the weekend car the last couple years before I sold it just as the dealerships were shutting down for COVID lockdown in March ‘20. Think I had about 23K miles when I sold it. Incredibly stupid of me because the 335iS, being really rare, shot up in value about 6 months later. 🤦‍♂️ Was dead set on getting an F82 DCT but fell in love with the G20. I’m sure the 330i M Sport’s a great car but coming from my 335iS I don’t think I’d be happy without getting back into a straight 6. There were some great deals on a few M340i’s but none of them had HK and apparently it’s a pain in the ass to try and retrofit them in. After the 330i loaner I’d never want to get a BMW with HiFi audio cause the audio sounded truly awful. Love the POV look of your videos and your personality and humor really come through! 2:30 had me ROFL! Psssh! Feels like we’re all in the car with you chillin and having a good time while on our way to the meet. I hope you get this channel monetized soon! When that happens and you start getting those KZread checks, you can start writing off your M340i! I would start keeping a mileage log every time you drive to a meet and film for the channel. When you get to that point, get an accountant and you can start taking serious deductions including parts you put on your car and even take depreciation on the car. As long as you treat this KZread channel like a real business and not a hobby, and keep good records, you’ll be fine. Not sure exactly what the golden rule for KZread videos are but supposedly it’s between 10 and 12 minutes for maximum viewer retention and ad revenue. I actually don’t mind watching much longer videos but I get annoyed when KZreadrs start chopping out and jump cutting the videos. Especially when it’s in POV format because it makes the viewing experience kind of weird. From my experience watching all of my favorite car KZreadrs, when they do POV drives, they almost all stick to that 12 minute mark which I think is kind of short, and they almost all do jump cutting. Some editing is cool but it kind of looks like they cut out 75% of the driving out. Which I’d much rather have watched. Here’s a video I watched when I was considering a TLX after I sold my BMW. m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/hX5os8ORYJuYfaw.html I’m sure you’ve seen his videos before and it’s an old one. The camera quality by today’s standards is not that good, a little shaky, and the car is awful, especially compared to your M340i, but you get the idea. He walks to the car, unlocks it, starts up and drives, and then starts talking about the car. It’s like a 20 minute video and there are minimal edits. Shitty car and camera for sure but it was a fun video to watch. He’s a really good reviewer and good to watch but he’s very buttoned down and formal and you’re a lot more fun and hilarious! I was going to wait till I get back in a BMW before launching my own channel to do these POV drives but hell I might just do one with my current car. I was really torn about getting an F82 because I absolutely love the looks of it plus the exhaust but the G20 has such an amazing interior I don’t think I’d be happy with an F82. The M340i is an amazing value for what you get, especially if it’s a few years old. The G80 is just too expensive and the crotch rocket seats and color schemes are just a little too wild for me. (Probably stick with black on black or mineral gray!) Good luck man with the channel and hope you get monetized soon! Very much looking forward to your videos!!

I haven’t really done my research too much on that yet but I’ve seen some kits on eBay ranging from $80-$150, you can also go the “aliexpress” way and maybe get some for around the $30-$50 but I would recommend getting a good quality kit from a good brand! If I ever come across one I’ll link it (:

pretty much haha ...if we are comparing base model 330 then no, but you can get m-package on a 330 and it will look identical besides the engine etc

I remember the 330i with M package only has one pipe at the rear. The M340i has two pipes (one on each side) other than the pipes they do look identical

I believe only the 2023 and up Models are the only models that don’t contain a shift knob, not completely sure why they removed them, but I definitely prefer the shifter being there haha

I pretty much have everything except for laser headlights, and the feature where the car drives alone… I’m not too sure on the seat option, I know that they are heated seats and I can control the tightness of them which is something I don’t see in the newer models which I thought was pretty cool !
