Pretty truck, though with dated looks - the LoneStar didn't seem to change AT ALL...and is perhaps why International announced in 2024 that they were no longer going to produce/sell it. In fact, the final truck has already been built and sold (to 'The ERB Group' - Baden terminal)...the Company that also bought the very first LoneStar truck ever built, back in 2009) It's a shame they couldn't have based a new model on a different year of 'based-upon' truck - the truck could be 1 year old, or 10 years old - you'd never know from looking at it

Most all will be Automatics soon anyways, I guess we will just have to get used to it. :/

@@georgewilson1184 I'm 49 and about to start my life long dream of being a Trucker as my final career the end of April this year, and I'm hoping to learn on a Manual because I don't want that restriction on my CDL A because all they might have is Automatics. What amazes me most after 5 years of doing so much extensive research into the industry to bring me to my final decision and learning so much along the way, I'm more and more amazed at how things have changed so drastically in almost every aspect of Trucking over the decades. Without all the details you already know, what saddens me the most is how Professional Truckers at the end of the day just DO NOT get the recognition y'all deserve. When given the chance, when I come into contact with a Trucker, I ALWAYS Thank them, just as I do our Soldiers active & Veterans!! If Truckers stop.... EVERYTHING WOULD STOP. Some just don't realize or just don't care. Sorry for the long comment, but Thank You for doing your part out there brother. God Bless!
