This is my first time hearing her voice and seeing her. She is gorgeous with a beautiful voice. I sense there is a very special story from the comments, but I just see a fabulous singer who sang every note just right. I loved this performance!

@@skymama65 I think she experienced bouts of homelessness & went right back to the subway performing for money like she was doing before idol. She looks cleaned up but that may be because they needed her for the special & she may be back down in the subway.

I’m glad she got an opportunity on stage at American Idol. 2020 was difficult due to Covid, and she struggled afterwards to find the right fit. I do pray this is another start and she doesn’t give up.
