Fantastic video. I work for an independent shop, and we regularly work on a few cars for the local police department. Have a 2020 explorer that came in for ac work, and after setting for a few days, all the same messages randomly appeared along with that trouble code. Direct hit pointed me in the modules direction, but with no procedure. Thank you for the video.

Hey man. When I pull the out of park liver under the steering. The shifter still won't move. Is that normal or the shifter is broken?

Ours says theres a short circuit and it's been a bitch to even diagnose
