I purchased one, but my questions are, will it know when to take a still picture versus a video? Second, will the flash scare the deer? I have it set up on trail and gave it 20sec for video. Thanks

This camera is Infrared Flash it could scare the deer. I would do video if was going to choose .

Thanks for the tutoring video. The camera controls are not intuitive. The small shop where I bought it did not return my calls when I could not figure it out. Cudos.

Once you program it the way you want it to operate when doe it start taking video.
