I've just ordered the M235i 2 series GC in storm bay metallic! I cannot wait for it to arrive at the end of July. Your review really helped and once my new car does arrive I will be shooting some great videos with it.

Can you permanently disable the start /stop system or do you have to disable it for each trip?

There is a 1 Series sedan exclusively for sale in China and Mexico.

These cars are outfitted differently for the USA. All versions have full time all wheel drive, for example.

I just know after having my M228 coupe for 5 yrs ..I like rear wheel drive

Superb car, and better looking than the 1 series too

Wow the review is great but not sure about the looks of the car, Bmw cars always look better after an LCI update

I almost have nothing against the gran coupe except the rear end, it just doesn't look as appealing to me | but it makes it look more sporty

Top tip ,,, Headlights are at the FRONT of a car Tail lights are the rear lights ( just sayin )

Yes I’ve got the 1 series and having driven a DS5 with all the trimmings… I was most certainly spoilt! BMW manual seats?! 🙄 Shouldn’t exist!

My friend Claire who’s car it was for a few month is quite petite and she has no problem driving this car.

One series has a nice back with bad front 2 series gran coupe has nice front bad back

This is probably BMW's ugliest car (and that's not easy). If you're thinking about buying one, don't: people are gonna laugh at you. Buy a CLA or an A3 Saloon instead.
