I think he was trying to do too much compared to his skill. He needs to practice his transitions. He was falling and stumbling all over the place. If I were him I would employ a pro dancer as part of his posing coaching team. Seriously, its not unheard of, old school guys who's pose like this have been known to take lessons from a ballet instructor.

@@riniflex01 Agree, Lee Labrada also learns from martial artists. Its necessary since being muscular and posing is two different things. One is pure gym bodybuilding and one is literally kind of dancing lol

Big improvements since last time on stage and you can say it was basically an olympia line up and Serge came in 5th, hopefully more improvement to come👍

Arnold (independent of his position in front of the stage) competed against this man's father back in 1969, where there were only 2 contestants in the Mr. Olympia. This was the only time Arnold lost the "O". Now after Sergio Olivia Sr. is long gone, Arnold is there to witness Sergio Jr. and his quest to be the best in bodybuilding. Its not only ironic, its historic!

Chris Aceto managed to carb Sergio up and bring him in fuller while not sacrificing any conditioning in the process, causing Sergio’s muscles to pop a lot more than last night. His back looks 100% better than last night. It’s absolutely amazing the adjustments a bodybuilder could make in just 24 hours.

Its good to see someone puts an effort in posing routines. Very rare now a days. This art is almost on the verge of extinction. Last I saw Kai Green as one of the best posing routine.

Love Sergio I’m a fan! He’s Difinately bringing back the old ways of posing. You can just tell with his passion and love in his routine! Congratulations Sergio on your well deserved 5th place...Still think you should of beaten Steve kuclo in my honest opinion! But heck dude, first Arnold wow what can I say!

Glen Stubbs totally agree with you and Steve does have good proportions now which before like a few years back, I couldn’t see what the big fuss was about him...But I do now respect him.

Wow, a few of those poses really reminded me of his father! That physique is in my personal opinion, closely resembles a more refined body as those we so much admired and enjoyed seeing in those mags in the 70's, 80's and early 90's !

Bad genetics, he can be an Olympia top 5. He Is behind heat(if he Will come back), bonac, big ramy, Lewis, Curry and Rhoden(if he Will ever compete again). This year also behind Dexter Jackson that Will leave the competitions After mr Olympia.

Not my fav physique but that's a spectacular posing routine. We hardly see actual orchestrated posing routines like that in the open division nowadays

Sergio jnr is much improved from the last time he showed a few years back. He really looks good

Awesome job and GREAT improvement all the way around. You DEF made your dad proud and I know Arnold must feel like he went back in time. To see his deceased rival's son doing his thing at Arnolds show....WOW! He certainly looks like he is a big fan. My only critique would be the obliques. He looked just a tad thick (maybe holding water a bit). Outside of that he has amazing potential and in 2-3 years he is going to be a force at the Mr O or any show he enters.

No way, way too high lats, bigger joints and way wider midsection, not even close to posing smoothness Flex had.. He is solid but not even a resemblance of Flex, the only things he got better are calves, forearms and wider frame in the upper body..

His abs are crazy

He is a future Mr. O, with this condition and more size, he could be top 3 if not win. the olympia needs him.

His physique is starting to resemble Flex Wheeler. He needs to tighten up his waist a bit more and he doesn't have the detail in the back that Flex had yet but the lines are there. I wasn't a fan at first because he was so cocky but he really did look good here.
