I am always impressed by Patrick’s knowledge about whichever Airstream he is describing. He knows all the facts and figures whether it’s the volume of the fresh water, grey or black water tanks or the various amps/voltage of the electrical outlets wherever they are hidden. He is able to hit all the right buttons without having to fiddle around to find the right spot to press. He does such a fantastic job without any BS. He certainly knows the product.

​@@jamesstewart628 Sure, real estate holds its value but in places where real estate rises quickly, the initial downpayment and cost of house are far higher than $225K. You cannot buy a garage in CA for less than $500K, minus the house. Just the garage. In 10 yrs this van will hold its value to $45K - $60K or might become a vintage sought after model selling over $100K. The house in a recession might lose value. The van will always sell even in a recession because people may need cheaper housing. Plus you get a car functionality with it. And a train ticket to go anywhere. Depends on a lot of variables here.

The light interior made this unit even better! Just really brightens and opens the space. The darker cabinets make it too dark and closed in. Although, they’re all very nice, I think most would prefer the spacious, airy feel. Beautiful!

Steve, yes it appears that is all that new buyers care about. Experienced RV'ers want to know how the exterior is put together and how the systems are placed.

Actually I liked how the caravan was like it was to the point not showing off and offers the best features I love it and the man who explained it was also Amazing hope to get him soon In future videos❤️

thats the easy part since you dont have $200k cash. Your 780 credit score will get you that 3.25% rate,then just extend your pymnts over 15yrs (180 months) and feel the comfort knowing you'll never pay off the depreciation because even though the payment's ONLY $1400/mo, (that's under $47/day for 5475 days) that pretty much matches the depreciation. but you'll LOOK BETTER THAN THE JONES' NEXT DOOR

I am a nurse too. What type of travel nurse role do you have in mind @eileneford? I’ve dreamed of having a full time remote RN role and doing something like this, but haven’t gotten it all worked out yet. I currently do remote contract auditing, but rely heavily on reliable WiFi , which can be a challenge when 100% on the road.

You are an outstanding presenter, you are very professional and you know your vehicle for sure. You did your homework obviously and I absolutely love it. The only issue is the bed mattress manoeuvre to set it up, and I like to sleep in while on vacation . You are a keeper, the best that I have seen on KZread so far ! I can’t afford this vehicle but you sold me on that one. Also , I can’t imagine the vehicle Manual, does it have its own trunk or it is only available on-line? 😂

Great presentation- not my style of RV- but you did a great job showing it off. Personally- if my square footage is so small- I wouldn’t want to use such a big percentage of it on bathroom space- but that’s just me.

I'm glad airstream went wider. It gives us the space we need on the inside. I have to say they made some great choices but also some very rookie mistakes like: a dedicated beverage cabinet/spindle? No one is going to appreciate that bc it'll be unusable during transit and could've been used for something a lot more practical; lack of seamless extendable countertop; control panels in a place other than directly in front of the user. Hopefully they correct those minor errors and hopefully they come out with new floor plans to sleep 4-6 bc I could see that being my next RV with my growing family. What does the warranty look like? Hopefully better than 1 year like winnebago, coachman, thor, ect.
