I think back to my 25hp yerf dog days and the only thing i ever though was missing was a stick and foot clutch...

So where exactly was the “Shredding”?

I've always liked and owned Yamaha products. By the looks of the trails are you in Wisconsin?

For east coast trail do you recommend to change the stock flywheel for an heavier one ?

Does this YXZ have stock gearing? Or does it have the reduction?

The 19' YXZ's come with reduced gearing from the factory when compared to previous model years. 24% lower for first gear and 7% lower for the remaining gears. The bottom line is that the factory reduction make the YXZ much better suited for trail riding like we have on the east coast in the Appalachian mountain.

2019 YXZ has gear reduction from the factory, no reduction needed. I have 450 miles on my 2019 YXZ, love it!

I wish I would have known that before I bought a 2017 SS SE model. I love my machine but it NEEDS a gear reduction for tight trail riding and it is crazy expensive to get it done.

Shredding.......... my Nan could shred better than that!
