Another great video Freddie, just bought a T120 as my first big bike after passing my DAS test and I absolutely love it, doesn’t feel heavy at all, just the right amount of power, and is so smooth to ride! I might even rent one in Tenerife when I come in March!

Nice video😃 Love your enthusiasm for riding! I have the T120 myself, and I can truly vouch for it. I've ridden it trough europe with only an 60L dufflebag on the seat, and it was a blast. Go for it!

Think your channel is addictive!! lol….This video is very interesting because your bike is more nostalgic if not better than the new water cooled bikes. I love the old styled air cooled twins,I have one myself. Have you realised now your 865 is so much more desirable and basic . Especially now you have built up a good bond between your bike since doing so much on it. They are Also very reliable!! Absolutely stunning Freddie. Your channel and content is natural and so engaging. The video quality is top notch. I myself picked up Street Twin last week over T120 for a very funny reason you might say and that is spoked wheels in T120. I live in India and to get stuck somewhere on a long ride with a punctured tyre is absolute nightmare. Keep up the good content. Love from India.

Nice work, Mr. Dobbs. Thank you. I'm loving my T120. For my age and riding style, it's the perfect fit. It cruises along nicely, has great torque when needed, feels as agile and nimble as a lighter bike, and the build-quality is superb. And I'm told it has a great sound, although from the rider's position, it's difficult to tell. I have never regretted the investment.

Absolutely love the T120, my wife has a street twin and I have a street scrambler so you could say we love triumphs 😂. We also live less then a mile from the factory in Hinckley.

The T120 and T100, and also Street Scrambler, and Speedmaster are my favourites (too many to choose!😆)

Fantastic vid mate. The ace branded bonnie looks great and i think your distance test should involve a ferry to a certain volcano mate. 😁👍

They are tremendously fun bikes. I have a T100. Some say a little sluggish but it’s got enough go in it for me and my type of riding.

I'm with you completely; the T100 and Street Twin are the absolute sweet spot power-wise for the real world.

With my recent 2017 T100 Matte Black Bonnie, I so fell in love with these type of bikes. This T120 Ace Cafe should be a great addition to my stable 😅

Looking back through some of your earlier videos, it's amazing to see how relaxed you've become, and how you've developed that Dobbsian style. R You did miss a trick though, not taking an Ace Special Bonnie to the Ace Café. Still it's left you with somewhere to go.

What a beauty! I'm torn between the T120, the new Moto Guzzi v7 Special and the Harley Davidson Slim! It's a great time to be a motorcycle enthusiast for sure. Great vid. I'm a new subscriber trying to get caught up. Lol.

I came for the bikes but stayed for the gear reviews - definitely well co-ordinated / good quality gear and well suited to the type of bike being ridden. I love the Bonnies - currently have a Ninja 400 and an FJR1300 but a Triumph Bonnie or Speed Twin will be next and the possibly a Z900RS.

Great video! I have 2016 speed twin (somewhat modified) but feel the pull towards a new t120 or even the speed twin. The trick is there is no dealer where I live so I have to order it without the benefit of a test ride. Cheers from Newfoundland.

I love mine! I have the ACE Bonnie and it is ACE. I’m surprised you didn’t mention there were only 1400 built worldwide. I have #1125. Cheers.

I love the Triumph T120! I just purchased last month my first Triumph: The 2020 Street Twin in ironstone color, and love it! I see the T120 in my future, but that is down the road. I plan on enjoying the ST right now for the years to come!

Got a Street twin had complete new wiring harness with 1200 miles on the clock. Triumph's biggest secret faulty wiring . Reports of gear selector problems on the T120 and misting up clocks.

Hello from Oregon! I think your videos are on point, good dialogue and action scenes on the bike. I’ve got a question for you. I just picked up my T120 ACE and noticed that the “Bonnie” has a whispey engine sound to it. Have you experienced this? You seem to have ridden a lot of Triumphs. Thanks and keep up the vids!

@@FreddieDobbs get rid of the catalytic converter, and put an Xpipe in its place , you will see a major difference in sound and performance . It kind of sounds like a sewing machine from the factory lol I own a t120 2020 ace myself 😊👍

Very good- I’d happily go touring on it and ride 6+ hours a day👌🏻👌🏻 I rode it quite a lot 2up- it’s good too. I didn’t adjust the suspension and it was absolutely perfect🙂👌🏻

@@TheDroghedaBellRinger I'd say the T120 is good for tall riders- it's noticeably bigger than the Street Twin, which probably is a little small for anyone over my height of 6'1. Hope this helps🙂

just get the regular line t-120 with the proper seat and rear fender

La gamme Bonneville T100/T120 sortie après 2016 a dû subir une campagne de rappel en raison d'un frottement du câble d'embrayage sur le faisceau au niveau du T de fourche. Les machines sont depuis toutes équipées d'une "protection" qui n'ôte pas le problème (d'usine) principal de Triumph: un faisceau trop court et pas suffisamment bien gainé + une électronique déficiente, notamment au niveau du combiné d'instrument. "Obsolescence programmée" ou simple incompétence? Les forums Triumph sont surchargés de malheureux possesseurs de speed-Twin, triple, street etc...ayant ces mêmes problèmes et pleurant sur la garantie des 2 ans, alors qu'il s'agit bien d'un "défaut-constructeur"! Compte-tenu du prix à l'achat + celui des pièces et de la main d'œuvre, la "légende" ne se payerait pas de notre tête?

Shame about the music when all O wanted was to listen to the engine.

I know that taste is subjective....but that Indian does nothing for me. The Bonneville stirs one's soul.....

“Fuel gauge”? …….its the Fuel CAP! Engage brain Freddie!

I love my T120. The quality of the speedo/tacho is questionable though. The face plates wrinkled up like paper. Triumph blames it on customers installing aftermarket windshields, as if that would be a valid excuse for flimsy faceplates.

Nice video - thank-you. Personally, I am crazy in love with my 2019 BMW R Nine T Pure. But if they didn't exist, I would buy the Bonnie. I would make a couple of immediate changes - wide handlebars and a fender elimination kit to start with.
