When standing down from the car you'll make a bridge between the car and the earth, thus getting heavily electrocuted in case of battery or wiring damage. That's why in LMP1 they jump down the car and not step down

Red Bull’s Helmut Marko has a reputation for killing drivers’ careers by demoting them or firing them really suddenly. George Russell was also considered for a seat at Mercedes

Both Max's q3 lap times are enough for pole, so if his last time is eliminated which wont happen, he still will be on pole. Also his last time won't be eliminated because the race director never activated the single nor double yellow, it was only one marshal post that raised a single yellow which doesn't constitute a penalty as again the race director never activated it.

@@juleskerstens4472 it had to be a penalty, if its early enough for leclerc and vettel to see and slow down then its early enough for verstappen to see and slow down, also the team had plenty of time to say on the radio yellow flags sec 3 but if they didnt then thats a rbr problem and needs to be a penalty.
