Hey - what would you go for; Fxx 420d or Equivalent 2017-18 C class coupe? or is it a case of 'cant go wrong with either'?

Gonna pick up my 2021 C300 Estate with EQ Boost this saturday! 😁

I do 42 miles each way to work 40miles is motorway. I sit at 60mph in cruise control. Best I get is 42mpg. It does drive nice tho. Feels well made. As you say it goes well if you ring its neck

I have the 2020 saloon model C300. I really like it wanted to buy the C400 but i thought why not buy the 43 amg then? So i did not want a amg as a first car so i bought the c300 and i love it. Very reliable. Nice and luxurious car, got some exterior tunes on it and also have 20inch rims on it for the summer. Its a little to stiff with 20inch i have to say, but its okay. The speed is also good for 2litre machine, its perfect. I also changed the mid and end silencer and it really got deeper sound but thank god with the OPF it did not get too loud so it stays in its db range. I also have nice burbles now and the cold start sound better then the c400.

OK that VW image was on purpose, good honest review. Need to see this compared to BMW 530i 245bhp petrol

I really like mine albeit its a saloon. The run flats are awful on them though, got rid of mine and honestly it makes the car so much smoother and the road noise is massively improved! wish id done it sooner

@@meti9230 mine were 18s. All factory AMG line wheels are on runflats. Much improved the ride and noise

Could anyone tell me if these C300 amg line mercs are all wheel drive or just front wheel?

They are all rear wheel or 4 wheel drive. The 4 wheel drive versions of them are called 4 mattic

I'm looking for one of these, because i see Golf R too radical for me, even i like it a lot, i30N too radical too, 330i maybe other option and Audi i like but the interior meh, i like more Mercedes and Bmw interiors and they are about 35k € with 40-80k KM, i think the best options are this c300 or the 330i

Agreed on that, keep one thing in mind. The merc is aimed more to the luxury side and bmw to the sporty side soo if you like speed and upgrading your car get a bmw of you like confort and keeping your car stock go for mercedes

Sit inside both. When you sit inside the c300, all bmws feel old and cheap af. ❤❤

I just couldn't settle having the looks but so-so power. I know a lot of people can ( hence S-line/R-line/Amg trim level) but I'd feel short changed the moment I had trouble dropping a mediocre TDI!

Wondered why the C300 had a VW steering wheel 🤣

It’s not a vw steering wheel idiot that’s the standard steering wheel in every Mercedes

Well all want a C43 really, but I just don't want the awful 4Matic system that totally kills the fun for me. It's RWD or nothing ever since I first drove a RWD car.
