Although Gurkha has no market resale but this is the only vehicle in India which have company fitted diff. locks on front and rear. The new Gurkha is better than the older because it's ball joints are more durable than the previous Gurkha model and specially the more powerful Engine (used in unsuccessful model Force One). And in one of the video, Anshuman ji mentioned that driving skills matters more than the vehicle.

The best version of the Gurkha, ever made, for some folk. Force, earlier, were probably on the right track by developing two distinct versions of the Gurkha. Each appealing to a different set of people. Probably the success of the Thar swayed the Force team to only concentrate on a single version. Thank you for the review...the Extreme was a great effort by Force. Wish they had the conviction and courage to keep it in production ( made to order )

A straight-up monster. The vehicle needs more spotlight. If the Gurkha were to get the same level of marketing the Thar is getting, it (Gurkha) would sell more.

It's a shame force motors has pulled out the gurkha xtreme. It offered solid front axle and an engine with more power. Hitting back to that old FM tech 2.6l with only 90hp and independent front suspension, they have down graded it. Hope they bring back the solid front axle and the powerful 2.2l turbo diesel.

Anshuman in the first couple of minutes the vehicle is a Gurkha Xplorer as can be seen by the stickers on the sides. But it is with a solid axle. So is that a 2.2 xplorer? or is it a xtreme with xplorer badging?

50-80k is my guess. Normally bushes get replaced much earlier during service, shock absorbers get weak by 80k.

There is no 4x4 or all wheel drive system in Harrier. It cannot be uded in Sand dunes.
