Ram 1500 Limited for the win. I was a GMC fanboy for 10 years. STEP IT UP GMC you are suppose to be the gold standard for luxury being a descendant from Escalade.

I like GMC's looks. Looks muscular and solid.

Nice pickup....

Pro tailgate puts the others to shame, rear bumper steps, extra wide bed, AC outlet in the bed and cabin, 12, (yes 12) welded in place bed tie-downs plus 6 optional tie-down spots, storage behind the rear seats (tire pump, hand guns), storage under the rear seats, full size spare..plus the GMC cheaper than the others even in the Denali trim (heads up display, surround camera vibrating seat alerts (instead of a chime))...best value by far. UPDATE: I bought a loaded SLT with the STANDARD size bed. With the gate down and the "step" flipped up 4' x 8' drywall and plywood will fit FLAT on the bed with 2 inches of clearance between the wheel wells and about 5 inches of clearance between the back of the bed and the flipped up step. With the AC outlet in the bed we can cut our pieces right at the truck if we need to. Just an awesome truck so far.

I like it but I'm a little disappointed about the interior (At a price range like this you would think you'd get the wow factor inside like you would in the Ram). But everything else about this truck is Impressive.

El Torito yep there stealing the show with three 12 inch also they just recalled the 12 inch screen drains the battery couple of months your truck battery is dead

The good thing is that GM will hopefully learn their lesson after seeing how great a success that new ram is I wouldnt be surprised if we see a new interior in a few years

Yes as an option. The buttons and vents are just moved lower down

ok. i also noticed on my dads 2017 slt it doesnt have ventilated seats because of the bench seat. can you get those with bench seat

Inpresive Presentation on the Denali. The absolutly best I have seen for a yung age, you are a true profesionals.( agree color interior (-) split back seat why not have the single one on the driver side also, and how about a key also for starting the old fashion way. Any -ways exelent job!.......

Disappointed in the interior for sure, sure brushed aluminum real wood and most of the areas that you see and touch are soft touch, but compared to the new Ram the interior is just not up to par sure the Denali has more technology such as a carbon fiber bed Magnetic Ride Control and the new 10-speed and it it's by far the best-looking and most upscale design in the truck segment, but that does not mean much when the interior is so far behind the new Ram even if the RAM does cost more.

My dad is going to buy me a truck like this soon.

IMO i think the silverado high country with the 2 tone interior looks better..

Nice, but not enough difference over Chevy high country. Ram is better appointed, but more trouble plagued. New rams already having issues with the air ride system failing

At the end of the day, is anyone going to notice the slight lack of leg and headroom over the F150 and Ram 1500? There are acres of space. Also do the Sierra and Silverado come with the independent rear suspension setup that the Tahoe and siblings will have for 2020?

Jay Mac Maybe not the measurable leg room when in the upright seating position, but you're given the additional leg room in the Ram because it has a recline function. That's a win for the Ram.

If you don't think an extra 4 inches makes a difference, ask your wife/girlfriend/boyfriend if they would notice an extra 4 inches.

No adoptive cruise control. WTF. That in itself is a show stopper for me. Guess I'll stay with my 2014 High Country a while longer. And when will a manufacturer come up with a USB power outlet in the vicinity of the rear view mirror to accommodate a dash cam without having to feed a power cable to an inconvenient outlet miles away?

Rear seat reminder chime, can that be turned off? That'll quickly become annoying.

Yes it can be turned off, but even when on, it only goes off if the rear doors were used during the last trip

It's a truck, no tow mirrors?

GMC needs to put their marketing team on field trips and see what the competition is doing. RAM rules when comparing the interior. If a person is going to spend $70,000 for a truck they will look around first. I want to at least FEEL as if I am sitting in an expensive top of the line truck! At least give me that after I lose $15,000 driving it off the lot!

Good looking truck on the OUTSIDE.....the INSIDE is where they lost me as a customer......70K...for what plastic????? and some GAUDY wood??....that interior is HORRIBLE and DATED....NO REFINEMENT whatsoever....I don't understand the decision-making process?.....they hit the ball out of the park on the outside....the back tailgate is EXCELLENT....but then you drop the ball completely......and offer an interior that looks like a 40K truck?....but the MSRP said 70K plus???.....the sunroof should be larger...the info screen SHOULD be larger...the mirrors should be larger....the dash and doors are just horrible oversize plastic everywhere?......"Manual Steering Column"....lolol....on a 70K plus truck????...really???.....SORRY, you're NOT GETTING MY MONEY.....Yeah..."Luxury Benchmark"....lolol....I can't stop laughing..... no wonder the Ford F250/350 Limited and the Rams HD eat these guys for lunch...

And not to mention the Ram lineup.....the Limited and the Longhorn in the 2500 and 3500 BLOW this truck off the road...

Nothing says 'parts-bin-plastic' quite like GMC/Chevy pickups. I wish that GM would do both brands a favor and differentiate them a lot more by doing something to separate these trucks' interiors....otherwise, why even bother making 2 versions of the same vehicle? At this price point, it's criminal what they're asking when you can get most of the same options, for a cheaper price, with a different badge on the grill.

I like it better than the Chevy. Why does it look like something took a bite out of the headlights? Did they just give up on the design process? I doubt I will buy the Chevy or the GMC of this generation, because the overall design seems to have less flow than 2013 and older. And I cant understand why the 5.3 and 6.2 seem to be getting worse mileage, even with all the fuel management. Imho the engine uses more fuel when it “pops” up to using more cylinders. Same with the on demand oil pump, and stop/start as well. When those things kick in, it seems like you are burning up any fuel you have saved while running in those modes.

Wait a minute. So your saying the 5.3L V8 gets 9,400 pounds for towing while the 6.2L V8 gets 9,300? The 5.3L has 355 HP and the 6.2L has 420 HP. Why even produce Sierras with the 6.2L if the 5.3L can tow more? #GenralMotorsLogic

The 6.2 is faster and has more low end torque. Also the towing is limited by the rear suspension in the denali, as the other trims with a max tow package, the 6.2 can tow i believe 1k more than the 5.3. You can not get the max tow on the denali (or high country silverado)

@@chrisrobinson1366 I see what you saying. However the old box design with the sharp lines were more rouged, tough, and mean looking. The old grill looked like an battling ram. It gave you that move bitch get out the way look. LOL! The new design is too soft and round with muffin top lines. LOL! The grill is more like a fist in a boxing glove. In my opinion the old box design was more macho.

Well the technologies are not at par with the new 2019 Ram 1500. Such as adaptive cruise control. My two cents only.

The ram 1500 dash and interior beats the Denali hands down.

Pretty bulky looking front design n interior...dont like the new ram but i would buy it over denali just cause of the luxuries interior....

The interior is such a disappointment at this price point. Chrome doesn't fix everything. GM needs to overhaul their switchgear design; they look cheap.

Titan also has a v8,but it's design is not so much handsome or attractive

I just purchased the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited just because the Denali's interior is garbage. No spending 50k+ to buy plastic interior. I don't use my truck for towing but for everyday use.

Toyota tundra,GMC sierra,dodge ram are much better than f-150 and titan at least they give v8 engines and they are true trucks.

The interior is lacking in design, GM needs to take some cues from RAM on interiors.

60k....+ taxes+ financing...you're talking about some 80k of possible more.. for this...wtf gmc? what about a mechanical malfunction/fix?---couple of thousands extra ,may be huh?...insurance up...license plates stickers up...oh no I cant afford it...

If you need 22 inch rims on a truck, you don't deserve to drive one.
