I also have the black Sport with the 5" Nameless. Super fun to cruise around in! I also recommend the Rally Armor mudflaps. They make black with the orange lettering. They look good on there. Cheers!

sounds pretty smooth, even with a cvt. right now im in the market for a new whip and am on the verge of picking up a sport. good to know that the exhaust atleast sounds like its on a step automatic and not one continous drone lol.

Yeah if it were like the Nissan CVT I wouldn't have even considered it. But not bad at all. Got 83k miles on it now and have done nothing but change the oil. It's been a real reliable car.

just to brush up on this comment. i ended up picking a 22 sport last week. i went between the outback, crosstrek premium (6spd manual), and the forester. went with ya boy and havent looked back. i miss having a manual whip in my stable but i dont regret getting the forester. now the mods begin. intake, exhaust (maybe like the one in this vid), and some coilovers to get some stance going. i already had a set of 19" sti wheel on the side but i gotta get a proper tire setup for it since the stock 245/35/19 is gonna look weird as heck on the sport lol.

Chef A.m. glad it could help you. Just installed it this morning then did a 150 mile trip. I'm very pleased with it. A tad pricey but worth it. I opted for the 5" muffler instead of the muffler delete. I'm glad I did because this is plenty loud. I'll do some exterior videos hopefully tomorrow and post.

thanks for the vid. I'm looking to get the 5" exhaust (not delete) for my 2022 forester sport. did you need to purchase any of the hardware listed on the site? or could you use the bolts and bushings from the original muffler?

Mine came with bolts. I would recommend the bushing if they don't come with them. Mine didn't and the muffler was too sloppy with the OEM bushings. Would shift side to side and hit the bumper. Ordered their bushings and problem solved.

Is it possible to install a unequal length headers set for the boxer rumble ?

MrTheurucan I wish. There's not a direct bolt up application yet. But hopefully soon. Although equal length give better and smoother performance, I'd pass that up for the Subie rumble.

Hey, I’m in the process of ordering the 5” muffler for my 2020 Forster sport. How many exhaust hanger bushing was needed? 2?

Nam Ji none. I just used the factory ones from the OEM muffler. The ones on their site are said to be stiffer. But I've yet to have any issues with the ones that came on the car.

​@@1stinzman It's a bigger muffler meaning more muffling capabilities so if you don't want it tooo loud in the cabin but still a nice deep sound out side, Ill post videos soon on my instagram follow me @socialmediaramo

Sorry just seeing this, install was a breeze. A little lithium spray on the hanger bushings make it much easier.

Have you been able to quantify any measurable Horsepower increase?

Naaa... All talk and no show 😂. Mainly just a bolt on noise maker. I did gain a few MPG being that it's less restrictive.

Nice sound. Did help your speed at all? I have the 2020 base model. From I can know the power is exactly the same (obviously excluding the X-mode stuff). Just wondering if what I can do increase without putting a turbo. =/ I'm not a mechanic obviously.

Don't think you can have a turbo on the 20/21 models. I have a new 21 forester sport

I literally had these muffler deletes for 1 day and I took them off. They are not bad on a manual vehicle like a wrx but it's stupid to get them for a cvt.

Arek Belka this isn't the muffler delete. This one actually still has a muffler. And with their simulated shifts, it sounds pretty good in my opinion. A normal CVT I would never think about changing the exhaust.

I purchased a new one. It was only a couple dollars from the dealership. Had a small leak when I tried to use the original one because they're like a crush washer. Once installed they crush to form the seal.

Do they make LED C-Light DRL for the sport? I thought it came with the sport trim I'm kinda disappointed

AsapKimchi yeah I knew before I purchased it but the sport had everything I needed. I've been curious if the higher trim model headlights would plug right in. They do look killer coming at you. I get jealous everytime I meet one with them.

Have you experienced any drone while driving?

Zoo Ropa82 yeah between 1600-2000 rpm when under load. Just cruising at 60mph you can barely tell it's back there. But come to a slight incline where you have to give it a little more gas, you'll notice a drone in that rpm range. But overall I'm pleased.

Where did you get the mid spoiler?

AsapKimchi duals would look nice. Especially since the rear bumper looks to be almost made for them. But no dual setup that I know of. Performance wise, exhaust and a higher flow air filter would be about it. Unless you wanted to get into the programming of the computer which would void any warranty I'm sure.

Not bad. Most of the drone is somewhere between 1500-1900 rpm but it doesn't bother me at all. No regrets with my choice.

Yeah this is the 5” muffler. This is plenty loud. It’s actually gotten louder since install.

Replacing exhaust doesnt void the warranty?

Yup just two bolts and two hangers. No difference. Just sounds more like a Subaru now 😂

Sport sharp only puts the car in low gearing, no sound difference and it’s a slower 0-60.

@@alexandersupertramp7353 yeah I wish they'd offer the turbo on the new ones but they don't. So just the basic 2.5L. I want to do an UEL header to give that WRX rumble but don't want to void my warranty.
