It is, measure is taken in KPH and also the speed is limited to 107 miles as you can see. Is completely stock.

Yeah this is pathetic.I saw a race in which the old raptor ran a desert race--and this was in the stock division and it averaged more then this--i thought these things were governed at like 145--107 is pathetic. A nissan versa or honda fit would blow by you a few seconds after you hit that speed.

@Taneya: You can not compare a car having 100 hp with 1000 - 1300 kg with 2300 kg truck, which has way heavier tires, far bigger ground clearance, and far worse aerodynamics. Furthermore, no 100 hp production car achieves 0 - 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. Therefore, do a bit of research before trying to make pointless comments. ;)

My stinger hits the 1/4 mile faster then this trucks top end==this is pretty slow for a 450 HP AWD vehicle.It took 18 seconds to hit 107--My stinger can hit 107 right about 12 seconds--at 18 seconds I would be hitting around 130 plus. I actually thought about getting one of these but after seeing this would change my mind.
