Yes the master window switch

I had the aux battery switched and I still receiving aux battery malfunction on display. Lost all sound from radio, (it comes on but no sound) no backup cam, navigation, and window won’t roll up with one tap. It rolls up and comes back down. Been to the dealership 2x! Any suggestions??????????

You have to check if the master switch is having a problem

Get xentry passthru if your autel came with j2534
