@@executiveinvestments disagree. That was a FBO C63 507 on e85. A lot quicker than a stock one. Lighter and less drivetrain losses being a rwd. Race went as it should.

I am BMW fan, But the masterpiece(C63) remains the masterpiece.

It wasn't too bad. The 30 roll was close and the 2nd 40 wasn't horrible. Yes the AMG is underpowered but it held up pretty well. The amg owner wasn't upset lol.

@@andycjin4955 100% wrong. First off they have cast pistons. NO motor with cast pistons can handle tons of power. Second, the M156 blows up in stock form as they were all defective motors. Guess you never heard of the class action lawsuit on them you turd. And obviously you never had one to even know a thing about them. Maybe go to the forums and see how many blow up. No built f10s or f90s. Its not very common for m5 owners to build them. I know they are out there tho. But i am featuring an f10 with Bolt ons on the channel this weekend. 😁

I second the comment about sticking a Whipple blower on the C63. I did that to my mustang GT it now goes like a rocket my prediction the c63 with a Whipple will easily drop a couple of seconds 60-130.

M5 "CS" or or M5 comp? M5 CS is the lightest spec and has most whp. Alsp Suspension is different.

The M5 CS not only has about 30 more horsepower than the base M5, it’s over 230lbs lighter, has carbon ceramic brakes and carbon fiber bucket seats.

Its hard to compare using different dyno runs in different conditions and different dynos, but it seems like there isn’t much of a power difference. The CS does actually weight 200lbs less according to Car and Driver on a scale. They tested the base M5, Comp, and CS and there wasn’t a whole lot in it as far as acceleration. There was a difference, but im not sure how much was due to power. The base M5 was trapping higher than the Comp and had better acceleration numbers on one of the tests. So while they are tested on different days, they all meet the requirements to post the numbers and on the same track. So its not like one was on a hot day while the other was on a cold day

@@m.b.6744 yeah but this race wasn’t back in the day and you can tell it fell behind on each shift. I’m not saying the transmission is bad, I’m saying it held the car back from being quicker. Old technology didn’t age well in this case.

That C63 needs to go full E then it’ll run a second faster 60-130.

@@AutoGlory I’m aware it’s summer… The higher the DA + high humidity makes the car drastically slower. Well a lot of people who I know ran e85 with the right sauce 🥫 and they ran much faster.
