Yes there is a parent mode where u can sign in and download apps from the password protected parent account.
OML I HAVE THAT EXACT SAME ONE THAT CASE AND EVERYTHING O.O

I had the same problem, but I just held the power button and DIDNT let go until it restarted at the problem spot and then it just kept working. I was all set to take it back and get back my $85.73
