Right. Why can't we see the slides? It's like a wedding where no one can see the bride.

Why do you not show the slideshow that is an integral part of his presentation? Even inserted in a corner would be better than not shown at all.

Good presentation with lots of interesting information. However, I feel compelled to join the chorus line of those that point out the obvious weakness of these KZread videos not giving the viewer at home a look at the visual aids the speaker is using. I know resources are limited but it certainly would be greatly helpful if the camera could be manned with a person to shift the camera to the slide show as necessary. If that idea doesn't seem practical perhaps you guys could ask the speaker for a copy of his/her slides that could be added at the end of these presentation videos.f It would be better than nothing. Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

Agreed- you miss out on t least 1/2 of the presentation by not seeing the images

Thoroughly enjoyed your presentation, but very disappointed that we could not see the slideshow. Not being able to see them really deflated so much of your effort.

Once again, you keep not showing the video slides. Please fix this

M Hohstadt I dont think so. All they have to do is zoom out the camera and pan over a little bit. That is what they did up until this years lecture series.

Yes why bother doing a video if not done correctly.

Would it be so difficult to place the camera so as to show the visual screen as well as the speaker?

The lecture was so informative and well done. But he took time to have pictures which we viewers cannot see.

wow, been interested in this topic since i've read a small note about a defeated raid on washington as a kid. too bad no pictures are shown but still a good lecture.

Somebody’s not doing their job, no illustrations!

Another good lecture ruined by not showing the slide show. My ancestor served in Washingtons defenses at the age of 16.

Thanks I will. I’ll have to look up his unit again. It was either the 5th or 6th Pennsylvania Heavy Artillery. I have his discharge papers.

What’s more annoying than watching a presentation that relies on visuals? A presenter who cracks his lips after every verbal pause. I couldn’t get through it.

Once again, failure to show the slides, so lame.

Without the slides this is a worthless presentation, even though it contains interesting information. Felt bad for the Ranger, because he had obviously prepared a great presentation.

IMO- Although the speaker shows great potential, he needs a little more experience in public speaking. Too often he speaks toward the wall and not the people. Also the lip smacking is annoying. It would also be nice if we could see the slides. I'll go to something else.

Wilderness a bloody stalemate? Grant got whipped, period. obviously this is a biased Lincoln Worshipper.
