12:40 you’re so right there Kris, they’re not at all careful with our cars. Last time I had my car for a repair I was shocked to actually see the guy drop that same key you have there on a hard floor as he was about to hand it over to me. With luck it landed on the leather side.

Thanks for the vids, from Oregon USA. We are looking at Lexus and Volvo. Lexus last forever. But Volvo safety tech is very alluring. Your reviews are very helpful.

Great video Kris. The reason why none of Volvo's T8 cars have fog lights are because of extra cooling. The Twin Engine cars has an additional cooling system that takes in cooling air through the openings in the area where the foglights should be. You will se a difference in the area on the left side compared to the right side. Under the Chrome decor part there's a air intake, and also in the "slot" of the foglight. In my opinion it's not so visible on the V90/S90/V60 T8 cars that your "missing" the foglights. On the XC90 and XC60 it's more visible since there's a empty slot on each side. Regards to your comments about getting a dirty car back from service, I totally agree. Don't dirty up our cars. Really annoying to get a dirty car back. Especially when you got the Blond leather. My car had visible brown dirt/dust on seats, armrests, key fob +++ after last service. Not good enough that I have to take a full interior wash after a visit to the workshop.

stian1111 It's pretty annoying. Especially when they dirty up the leather, wall-carpets, armrest and such. If it just was dirty rubber mats I wouldn't mind. I have just sent a complaint to my local dealer after my last service experience. Important to let them know that we don't tolerate it.

The wheel spokes on one side precede the spinning hub and on the other side they follow, as happens in nature.

I've seen the quad exhaust tips on some XC-60's and I'd love to see those available aftermarket at my Volvo dealer for the XC-90.

Hello Kris, enjoyed the video, in fact I've been watching your videos for several months and I must admit you are a major reason we have taken the plunge and ordered our own T8 Inscription this week. Wish I could give you the commission, you more than deserve it. The wife and I are doing the Volvo Overseas Delivery Program and will fly to Gothenburg in August and pick up our new 2019 Denim Blue XC90 at the factory and will spend 3 weeks traveling through Scandinavia, but mostly in Norway before shipping the car to it's new home to America. A question for you if you don't mind, what are your favorite drives in your country? Our trip will be a motoring holiday and the adventure will not only be at our destinations but mainly in enjoying a pleasurable ride. Trollstrigen Road and the Atlanterhavsvegen Highway our on our list, and I'm got to find that damn Chrome Moose that you did a video on a couple of years ago. Any suggestions on scenic drives that would praise the virtues of XC90 would be appreciated. Again I want to say thank you, you've been instrumental and an inspiration.

Will you polestar optimize it?

Wheels look great, but how do they preform at speed on faster roads. Is there a noticeable noise difference from the smaller diameter wheels?

daletur5328 - they are dreadful and super noisy, have the 21” wheel package and with Pirelli Scorpio Verde’s they are awful...thin paint, awful engine noise and road noise are three of the most annoying things and unfortunately there is no way to ignore these three....

daletur5328 there are a little more road noise than the 21s on studless Nokian Hakkapelitta winter tires because of smaller sidewalls. Otherwise it rides very quiet 😊

do the quad exhaust pipes give it a different sound ? looks good Kris !

- I hate that Volvo’s have super thin paint and easily chips... I own a XC90 Inscription and after 4 months severe buyers remorse is setting in... its not in the league of Audi / BMW as far as build quality goes. Lot of initial wow factor, but fades away in daily use....paint quality, awful engine noise and tire noise are three day to day things that is annoying

Tyre noise is the only one I recognise. I have zero issues with paint or engine noise. Mine is a diesel. It compares very well with my previous Audi Q7, although current Q7 is indeed very nice. Audi and BMW [and Volvo] make very nice cars but two of the three mentioned have proved to be most untrustworthy companies/brands in recent times. Just last week we've had yet more scandals, with Audi emissions due to reducing Adblue when it should not, and with BMW not recalling vehicles that they knew could have a complete power cut at crucial times and has cost lives.
