The problem this year was scheduling... Just 2 days prior to this Rivals had their 5 Star Challenge camp at which almost half of these WR’s and DB’s attended and was not happy with both camps being back 2 back due to fatigue. Is it just me or did I see a lot of sloppy technique from both WR’s and DB’s? I’m not hating by any means but as far as skill and technique level from the 2018 class and this 2019 class is way off. 2018 I could name you 5 DB’s and WR’s that could start immediately based on their talent, technique and skill at top notch programs. This 2019 class I can’t really say anyone except for maybe Garret Wilson and Akeem Dent have great chances at starting early at their respective programs. Give me some opinions, am I right about the technique and skill or am I wrong for comparing some of the skill from last year with Amon Ra St Brown, Justin Shorter, Caden Sterns and Issac Taylor Stuart?

Sha-Heem Davis just in case if the wr runs deep. They can turn their hips and keep up with them. But it's no good if the receiver is running a quick route. Like a slant or curl. Because, they were getting torn up by those plays. And the QB can't throw. Late passes or inaccuracy

The DB’s are too easy going and sloppy, who tf plays 8-10 yards off? Was always taught 5 yards was the max to give cushion. They only look good cause this year’s WR class is below avg. I’m not kidding 2018’s class of WR is below avg lol look it up.
@sincerely.happyfeet83863 жыл бұрын
lmaoooo, DB at 1:03 has such bad tech that his name isn't even listed on screen. Great sell by Stocner, but it's extremely easy to sell that route when db gives away his leverage from the jump. Perfect example of how not to play db.
@ieetyou5 жыл бұрын
Whats up with all these corners playing 10 yards back? When are you ever gonna be forced to play man with that much cushion? Get on the line, disrupt the timing and stick on your man. That's 10 times more impressive than jumping a curl route downhill cuz you started 10 yards back.

Sha-Heem Davis just in case if the wr runs deep. They can turn their hips and keep up with them. But it's no good if the receiver is running a quick route. Like a slant or curl. Because, they were getting torn up by those plays. And the QB can't throw. Late passes or inaccuracy
They so far back some of them scary
Who tf is the Qb?
No Kyle Ford ?
Ramel keyton 🐐
1:44 bruh the DB clapped for the WR sportsmanship
These DBs technique is way better than last years’ DBs
Who’s throwing to them? Tony Romo?
Who were the QBs? Alot of bad throws
The cbs (dbs) were doing there jobs reading the qb and the made it To the wr or the TE. And the qb was not trash because he was put on a timer so he was rushed.
Who the heck are these QB's?
every nike open has been exhilarating to watch but this one.
Ahhhh man DB @0:43 had that ball dead to rights. That extra oomph man! Coulda had it!
One of the receivers run the same route every time

3:38 “that’s a grown man” 😂
Tell you what though those DB’s would’ve had some nice hits for sure lol, most receivers never come back to the ball or try to dive for it anymore!
Dak throwing the balls
These dbs need to launch for the ball for often, they just reach out to block it not get to it no matter what.
Db squad were y'all at!?!
These players are ridin on their size fr.
2018 was the last good class football wise who are these WRs and DBs 😂😭
Bobby Wolfe @5:50
0:33 pause and imagine if he did a comeback back toward the sideline instead

Reginald Youngblood they play the ball too much. That’s why they always get beat on those routes.
@ChaseToKool

Brooo I was saying the same thing. Like most of the catches made wouldn't have happen if they got jammed
@cfbpicks

Fuekong Yang million dollar question half the video was WR’s running slants and the DB’s were 8 yds away or played soft
@Jxrdan_v
6 жыл бұрын
Because d1 receivers spendhours upon hours on how to get the jam off and if you get beat off the line that early plus they equally as fast or faster so they can’t recover
Holy fuck who’s that TE? The dude is big as fuck!
@4:00 ITS just stupid for the DB to be that far away, a hitch or a curl is gonna be money every time
Ramal Keyton stood out to me
elias ricks🔥
Put it back at the headquarters

#80 move like a RUSTY ROBOT😂 #GetHimSomeWD-40ForHisJoints
Either receivers can’t run good routes or theses dbs are really good
The opening not the same no more😪
These young boys doing they thing. But these WR really not running full speed. IDK where in hell the QBs throwing too
2016 Was much better This year the receiver ran bad routes QBs couldn’t throw
Michael Martinez feet took up half the damn field
these routes tho .. 2019 kids .. 😂😂
1:08 the db got cooked so hard they didn't put his name up💀
After seeing this and watching film of him abusing Derrick Allen (a five star) in game for the past two years I truly believe Ramel Keyton is the best receiver in he nation
They don’t know how to run routes? And who the hell tnrowing the ball. These DBs holding like no other. The way the nfl is now they won’t even be able to get away with most of em.
On the decent routes the dbs held the receiver 😂, and who they let throw the ball this year bruh
" We're gonna run 8 slants in a row, how about that?" *runs 8 slants and the dbs still get cooked*
2:50 $10 dollar move $100 execution and a 5c pass🤣🤣
Qb needs work
some of the balls are so freaken late
The DB’s are too easy going and sloppy, who tf plays 8-10 yards off? Was always taught 5 yards was the max to give cushion. They only look good cause this year’s WR class is below avg. I’m not kidding 2018’s class of WR is below avg lol look it up.
lmaoooo, DB at 1:03 has such bad tech that his name isn't even listed on screen. Great sell by Stocner, but it's extremely easy to sell that route when db gives away his leverage from the jump. Perfect example of how not to play db.
Whats up with all these corners playing 10 yards back? When are you ever gonna be forced to play man with that much cushion? Get on the line, disrupt the timing and stick on your man. That's 10 times more impressive than jumping a curl route downhill cuz you started 10 yards back.
The route running is horrible atleast these dudes are young and can develop there routes all the best of luck to any high school reviever.. 💪💪🏈

DaBullBanga there seniors? Meaning they should get better? Or are you saying they've played so long and still haven't learned the basics?
WRs wouldn’t have made 70% percent of these catches in a 7 on 7... slant route against deep corners all the time
These receivers need to learn how to stem
