2018 Mazda6 2.0 SkyActiv-G Review | EvoMalaysia.com
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
The Mazda6 wasn't exactly outdated, but Mazda saw the need to facelift it anyway, and they put in way more effort than they needed to. Not sure why, but kudos for the effort.
The base 2.0-litre model here starts at RM165k, but it's a big jump to over RM200k for the 2.5 petrol and 2.2 diesel models. You miss out on keyless entry, heads-up display, and i-ActivSense. Worth it?

Nice review, I like Mazda's own unique style, going on own path, not succumbing rivals competition. Car looks more expensive out and in than really is. Front mask is great progress next to last generation, very easily mistaken for Jaguar XE. Its winner over Passat, Superb and for me even over Audi A4 or Mercedes.
Looks gd bro. There’s 1 at my carpark, same colour. In Singapore D segment market, Mazda is the most competitive, the rest are like half dead 😂
We have the fully loaded 2.0 Sportnav+ model 165bhp with 19" alloys it's a dream of a Car.
I love watching your car reviews. I didn't know this car cost $200k, shocked! Thought it cost $140k lol.

Brother Kon, what do you think about Mazda 6 2.2D?? Is it a worth buying car from all aspects such as value for money, comfort, ride quality, safety features and etc?? Will you do a drive to Genting using it anytime soon??
I'm wondering if we would expecting a facelift so the design will be more in line with the 3. also, since mazda already has a mild hybrid option, would be good if mazda comes up with a 2 liter mild hybrid.
question should be , its only 10k difference with the accord 2.4 and the camry 2.5....and its easily around 20k more than the accord and camry 2.0....but i luv the design , and now...a used mazda 6 2015-2016 makes so much sence at almost half the price...

For today, it's kecik. Tapi pada zaman E39, 17-inci was the biggest size from factory. 18-inci masa tu untuk M5 je.
Should I keep my sport mode on whenever I drive? I like the handling and all that in sport

Considering the marginal price difference between Mazda 6 2.0 and Mazda 3 Sedan High Plus, which would be your preferred choice?

Is this car still a good buy in 2023? Now selling at RM182k

To be honest, it's a better buy as a used car than brand new.
Wait for the next generation engine,skyactive-x.

You can never go wrong with either of those two cars. Pick any one and you'll still make a good choice in the end.
Hi Kon, this is not relevant but in terms of handling of the cx5 and civic, which do you think is better? Making a choice soon , hope you can help.

Why are you comparing a sedan with a suv?
@KonWaiLuen

Civic inherently handles better lor, but the CX-5 is very well sorted too. Still, entirely different products. Can't compare.

Is there any difference between the handling of this model as compared to the pre facelift 2017 model?
@KonWaiLuen
5 жыл бұрын
Not significant, but the pre-FL already handled well to start with. There is a big difference, however if compared to the earlier non-GVC cars. The new GVC models have a 'lighter' feel at their noses and turn-in sharper.

I wonder why they never CKD this car knowing the SST regulations is killing the CBU, taking examples of CX5, sells like hot cakes.. In comparison, 140k CX5 2.0 outspec this M6 2.0 (I know they are different segments but you know what I mean)

Kon, would you get this or the optima gt ? the optima gt facelift is already available btw, naza is quiet about it. maybe you can do another review for that car

No keyless entry but push start button? I don't understand the logic behind this.
@harizsharizal3115

no keyless entry for an obvious reason, cost-cutting. and so to have the push start button as they do not have to mould an extra slot for the physical key to fit in
