Hi there! Is the lever on the back of the unit up when you're sliding the center rail in?

What if you put that other piece on first.... It won't come off

Any idea how can I take of that white plastic ring thingy on the metal arch? I’d just would love if the seat can tilt even further back so it’s easier to sleep in

@@TheAgm861 yeah I finally figured it out. So if you look closely the white ring is actually attached with the screw if you unscrew that you are good to go and the seat can now be easily be positioned as far back as you wish.

Literally first step doednt work; rod gets stuck 4 inches in Edit: I figured it out. It was a hand-me-down and the latch had already been engaged, so just needed to disengage it

It makes too much sound.. i gave ir back.. the principe is nice but too much sound when it bounces..
