This video is to show step by step of changing and flushing transmission oil on a 2018 Lexus GX460.
There are a lot of videos showing how to change/flush 4runner the correct way, but the only a few videos about GX460 are mostly wrong. The most important procedure of changing the sealed transmission oil is not changing the oil but adjusting the oil level. With incorrect amount of oil left in the transmission oil pan, the transmission might not work smoothly. Never try to simply add back "the same amount of oil as you drained" by any kind of measurement, there will always be some oil lost on the ground, in the pan or wiped out by the paper towel. So always add additional oil and do the adjustment procedure.
I tried to captured the whole process by my phone of how I did it, it's not good framed but hopefully it's clear enough about the procedure, and hope this could help you to avoid damage your transmission.

Note: The GX transmission is said to be sealed and using lifetime oil, but somehow I don't buy it. I don't see any physical moving part that could last forever. So I'd prefer to change or flush it every 60k miles to keep my GX running without transmission issue.
