12:46, should have received a penalty for pitlane obstruction. Further, he had no high visability waistcoat on.. . Why so many pit crew mistimed their driver's pit-stops for fueling? Generally quite shambolic what I am seeing here. I expect better at this level.

sonicstep the fuel usage is not consistent and they want to be on the limit on the tank it’s not as easy as just going in to the pits every 4:30 minutes
