    Great review, the most detailed one so far on this bike. Been looking for a while for such a video. Thanks for posting and greetings from Germany.

    Much of the head comes from the huge catalytic converter box underneath the rear end of the exhaust. Replace it with a slip on exhaust and you will lose a noticeable amount of heat.

    It might help, but the vast majority of developed countries with a rules based society would make decatting illegal. Would be pretty troublesome depending on how much free time one has to keep swapping them in and out for inspections, riding in police infested areas, etc.

    @@ReizePrimus Agreed.. but it definitely does help reduce the heat. I noticed the difference when I replaced my factory catalytic converter & exhaust pipe for a slip on exhaust. It does not take much time. However you may get tickets depending on how strict police are in your area.

    Looking at your side panels and seat are they custom, the models ive looked at the seat has a curve rather than being straight

    Hey there! Yes. The side panels are aftermarket and the seat was cut and reupholstered to accomodate the aftermarket panels.

    That's a nice mod.. What's the brand on that side panel pls? Does it function as a pannier rack too

    @@mewtube7528 the black side panels are from Mugello Moto, a Thai company. The side circular plates have a mounting bracket that go into the same hardpointe as the official pannier bracket, but they cannot do that function.

    Sorry RP, maybe I didn't catch it - but is the remedy for the oil filter to change it to an aftermarket one instead of using the OEM one?

    Do u still send the bike to Ducati wearnes? For servicing? I assuming warranty for your 2018 bike is already over.

    I bought it used to warranty is long over. Never sent it to Wearnes once on my part. My own mechanic is more than capable of doing Desmo servicing .

    great u managed to find a mech who is capable of servicing desmo and ducatis in general.... the desmo servicing can get ridiculously expensive at the agent. many years back, i only knew Raymond (if i remember his name correctly) from bike harbour who can service and repair ducatis with good reviews

    How abt normal use in sg ? Is the engine heat unbearable in sg traffic?

  • @ReizePrimus

    @ReizePrimus

    Жыл бұрын

    As long as you encounter a lot of stop and go traffic and waiting at traffic lights for extended periods, it gets quite hot on your legs. But if you can regularly keep moving it isn’t an issue.
