Are you from EU or the US? Only the TDI is available in EU for the latest model and it sounds crap even with the entire exhaust taken off

@@Halowrx thought so. I am from EU, picking up my 2018 S5 Sportback today, one of the last TFSI series. The rest from 2019 is all soul-less TDI. Hence why I am allover YT videos on Audi S5's. Cant sleep. :)

@@andrejflis8161 enjoy! Its a great car ! We came out of a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona 392 so it was another world. We miss the v8 roar but this car destroys snack packs now with the tune 😂

Audi gotta give us a damn remote start lol i mean there’s the app but my dumbass threw away that paper that comes attached to the key that gives us code to remote start from the Audi app 😂

There's no factory option at all, the app "HAD" feats like GPS, remote window and lock . Need spare key and kit ~600++ and stand alone app. Sadly.. I was tricked by this too, even bought the key code for the now vanished app 😑

@@Numbahz really? The guy at the dealership told me it would be 300 -500 bucks to get the code and use the app to remote start it glad i didn’t now!

Question for you Audi guys. My buddy is trying to put 19” b8.5 wheels on his 2018 s5. Will they fit? I’m having a hard time finding my answer on Google.

I straight piped my stock exhaust on a 4.2L S5 and 3.0T A7 and they both sounded great at full throttle, great from outside the car, but GOD AWFUL during cold starts and day to day driving... the drone was so bad... Currently driving a B9.5 S5 coupe... refuse to alter the stock exhaust

That's where the valved mufflers come into play. Helps quiet it down big time

The main resonator which is towards the rear and houses both pipes and also the 2 smaller ones ( one on each pipe )after the down pipe

Boss, did you have an X-pipe to replace the main resonators? or just straight pipe? Also how is the drone??

Hi. No x pipe. The sportback comes into 1 pipe before it hits the mufflers so no need for x pipe. And I have a little drone with exhaust valves open ( dynamic mode ). None at all with them closed. This was a great improvement for sound and performance for a fraction of the price. Hope this helps. Have more stuff on my Instagram.. dzags550

I got rid of the 1 small cat on either side ( closest to resonator) and the resonator itself. Not gonna lie it sounds way better and is still somewhat quiet with exhaust valves closed

Idk man, my S5 sounds just fine in dynamic. Plenty of snarl and pops. This will also mess with your back pressure and make those low rpms sluggish

It’s a turbod car lol anything after the turbo barely makes a difference in back pressure… trust me I own a sportback s5 too lol
