Great review! Looking into a 2018 S4 as we speak, drove it today. Agree with a little bit of the lag (although I'm used to the dual clutch system previously), but man that power hits hard. I liked the comfort aspect, but the car felt sharp and planted when steering on tighter corners. Really liked the format of your reviews, went ahead and subscribed, and plan on going through some more!

Hi Scott. I subbed after watching your Monster 1200 review. This kind of food/travel/gearhead hybrid review really appeals to me. I hope you’ll be able to keep it up. Maybe some more motorcycle reviews? One thing I noticed, your in car commentary is dominated by some low frequency vibration. I suspect it’s got to do with where or how your mike is mounted. Too bad Audi discontinued the S4 Avant in the US. That was a dream car for me in the 2000s.

Hi EP. Thank you for your comments. I'll definitely be keeping it up and hope to have some new motorcycle reviews coming along. Ducati hasn't shipped new bikes to a number of US dealers - including my own. Once they do I hope to review the Diavel and the new Scramblers. On the low frequency - I found two instances of it on some viewing devices but not others - but only when I was listening w/ear buds. I suspect it was my mic placement too. Also, with the car's resonator removed there were some noises that emanated into the cabin that I think contributed. Apologies.

A Taste for the Road It does not come thru over mobile devices. My Mark Levinson system has great low end response and that low end vibration was really noticeable.
