use moog bushings k200799's for the vertical control arm bushings in the front, poly everywhere else, stiffer sway bars. 0 toe front and rear, 2.5 camber in the front and 1.0-1.5 in the rear and she'll run like she's on rails..

love my EM2, actually lived out of it for a month while backpacking despite it being built for 5’5 japanese accountants. would love to modify it but have no money and no idea how.

Would def modify it cosmetically, but don't get too carried away under the hood. Our D series engine's arent the best, so I'd likely suggest you K swap or get a B series at the very least if you plan on going for more HP.

@@stluke4655 I get that, but I wouldn't invest in the engine if it won't push out too much more hp than stock. I heard our D series engines without blowing up can handle somewhere around 220-250hp. I wouldn't risk that by blowing up the engine and all those part become useless. Rather get a K or B series engine. Could be wrong, but forums I've read said that's a ball park of it's limits.

​@@dbzownz12345 some guy was running 500 for a little while i think 15lbs of boost idk how long it lasted but yea. Just dont cheap out and a lot of money and they can hold power just probably less power than a k for a bigger price

Just crappy TA-Technix coilovers cambered 2.5~2.9°. And upper front & rear strut bars.

It's d16v1 with d17a9 head.

@@marshalcraft I haven't done it myself. As I I've said bottom D16V1, head D17A9 w VTEC... recently was removed cause I killed it. Checked plate on a engine block and it was like that. Edit: so yup it became a 1595cc instead of 1668cc. Because of D17 ECU was able to go slightly higher rpm compared to regular D16. At the time couldn't find good D17

Not in the uk the uk was a 1.3 or 1.6

1.7 ~122-127HP stock - this was probably not stock.

Yep it's not stock. Original died ;) it's D16V1, already answered in the comments. ;) Ps my stock D17A9 was 131HP on dyno :)

Bro the 01-03 look very similar to the 6th gen civic! Which is one of the most desirable Generation. The facelift is clean and look great but my 03 with the EK headlights looks so mint.

Wish they slapped a k series in the em2. em1 had quite a bit more power.
