    Glad somebody cares about us nordic customers. Tired of all these manufacturers targeting the midwest and northeast claiming they're reliable cause they get many miles on the odometer, like no shit they're not gonna break if you're riding like once a week on a few nicely groomed trails in the woods where it constantly gets great weather in the 30s. Come up north to interior/western Alaska where people commute on snowmachines everyday or travel hundreds of miles on frozen rivers nonstop when it's like 35 below fahrenheit. Do that, then we'll talk about reliability.

    The VK540 is for the black coffee drinking psychopaths of the frozen Tundra. Respect.

    Society is into bells and whistles,the little bravos were purely utilitarian,so well built and simple.I bought a 2019 VK,sits with the bravo in shop.

    basically the same sled since 1988. now also sold as arctic cat bearcat. LOL I'll stick to my lynx 49 ranger 900 ace.

    Very hard to find specs. What does it weigh??

    Ruined a piston in less than 2k miles. Replaced the piston and premixed fuel for break in and it shredded that piston too. Sending the motor back for repair. I hear this is being worked on, but beware. Hear from a dealer that this isn't uncommon.

    MrTacticalinuit new EPA requirements. they had to make it 30-35% more fuel efficient.. same thing happened with polaris 550 fan cooled sleds in 2004.. reliable 550 engines became junk after those adjustments. nicasil cyl, tighter tolerance, smaller jet's.
