This lady is perfect for explaining the features of this luxury RV. Takes the time to explain (in detail) of all the nice things the Newmar has to offer. Most RV purchases are made by a husband and wife so having a female (who actually knows the product) in these videos was a good move. She is nice to look at as well!

Angie does the best job of showing and demonstrating these coaches, she is so knowledgeable about all these coaches.

Hey, i build those Michelin tires on that coach. Which is nice to see. I know that the quality control at Michelin really goes above & beyond. Each tire is verified mupltiple times throughout the process by human eyes and by cutting edge machines. Because what scares tire companies the most is what happened to Firestone about 15 years ago.

The is the best walkthrough of a Motorhome hands down. Keep up the good work!!

Hi Angie. I really like this walk through. You provide excellent information and the video has steady imagery as well as great composition and framing. I do have one small critique about the audio, however. The inconsistent voice level and poor frequency range using the camera mounted Rode microphone detracts from the video's otherwise high quality. The lavalier microphone used in your previous videos was much better. I hope that this is helpful.

Hi Angie, My wife and I have been researching the Dutch Star for about a year now and comparing it to other models, brands etc. This video is the best sales video we have ever seen and that includes Newmar themselves! Nobody goes into as much detail, demonstrating the ease of driving and other functions of the coach as you! Pretty impressive! I just wish you had the Dutch Star floorpan we are looking for in stock so we can purchase one from you and or your dealership! We are heading to Florida now to look at coaches but may have to reconsider looking at what you have in stock for the purchase! Again great job with this video!

Great in depth video, especially love the test drive and complete explanation of things like leveling and switch operation etc. and showing access with the slides in. One question, is the fireplace/televator on the passenger (door) side in place of the couch option available with the 2 recliners on the driver side on the 2369 and if so, do you have one available on a Spartan Chassis?

As you are both an Entegra and Newmar dealer, and in view of recent posing by an Entegra Anthem who has experienced multiple and reoccurring problems, which manufactures would personally recommend at his time? Also without prejudice to your present employer and staying within a similar class of RV's and purchase price category is there manufacture that you feel is a better buy?

Please open a store in South Florida in the Fort Lauderdale area Florida can use a company like yours that goes above and beyond other dealers.I spend alot of time on the forums and never see a bad review when it comes to NIRVC . The problem is getting service when needed from what I understand if you don't buy from the local dealer it's next to in possible to have something repaired. FYI North Trails closed their Fort Lauderdale location .

I really like the bathroom I must be an oddball but the master bath is the most important To me sold me on it

What is the time factor on the warranty?

The Newmar factory warranty is one year. I always advise my clients to purchase an Extended Service Plan when they buy a coach and you can get those up to 7 years.

That is an access door to the engine compartment. The engine can be accessed from outside of the coach at the rear of the coach as well as through the access door in the floor of the full bath.
