Thank you, great info. I started on my 2015 Edge , Bad actuator. I found the tricks to remove the door panel, and then I couldn't remove the actuator. First mistake was I bought the wrong 2015 actuator for the Edge prior to Jan 2015 models. This one was manufactured in 3/2015 and the pin set up and a few other things different. This clears the hurdles to finish the job when the correct replacement shows up. Thank you, this saves me a bunch of time and most important a repair bill .

Good info, George. I just bought a 2018 Edge....... This is the 2nd-generation Edge. First year was 2015. Still being built in 2019.

Great job George. When you drop a tool it's big enough to find. When you drop a fastener on the floor your eyes better be following it as you'll never find it.

It is easy to remove the handle, the hardest thing is to put the handle back on

Ive got problems with a stripped torx screw. Gotta figure out how to get it out

I got mine to release at about 7 full turns counter clock wise. My problem, now is getting the damn thing back in place! I noticed at end of video, he didn't get it to go back in either!! Thanks, anyway.

Wouldn't help me to know this, but I enjoy learning. Wrap a rubber band on your screw stick and it won't fall so far. :-) Even I understood that removal procedure . Thanks George fer showing us how to !!.

Tools will go to middle of vehicle nuts and bolts will roll across the shop and disappear only to be found years later

Factory engineered flaws they all do it to discourage the DIY'ers and they school their techs.

When I first saw the GM doors I thought what a neat idea . Than I had to work on one . They are a disaster . Engineers should have been shot
