The Fender Custom Shop Fiesta Red and Olympic White is absolutely killer. They do it right.

Nice playing!
AAron you're the man !!!!
ouf that bridge pickup sounds crazy good. so creamy! Aaron's playing doesn't hurt though. thanks for showing off these beautiful instruments!
If Aaron is the featured player, I'm watching the vid. Doesn't matter what the name on the headstock is, always good stuff.
His Strats are the best
When Aaron picks up a strat good music is sure to follow🤙🤙🤙
Awesome playing!🎸
Puhhh that is so impressive i‘m stunned for words! Guitar and player and today i watched the vid on the amp! Pure magic….when i‘m Rich one day…😢
Aaron's playing in this demo is insane.
Il super reverb è miracoloso
Probably my 2nd favorite color for a strat right behind sonic blue
a John Cruz post on Juneteenth. lol
At 4:20 ,the moment that demostrates why the Strat is the best guitar ever created!!!❤❤❤
The best sounding combination I ever heard on this channel! Is it the guitar? Is it the amp? The player, the recording or is it all together? I am shure some other guitars could have sounded equally good!
I had a Fender 63 strat John Cruz MB during 9 years, from 2015 brand new to 2024. I thought it was the best strat ever… then I played a Fender 64 strat Ron Thorn MB and it buried the Cruz… no match, the tone and the confort were way better on the Thorn. So I sold the Cruz and I make some money on it . I still have the Thorn MB.
I have a JC Olympic White 1960 relic strat with a tort guard and a AAAA flame neck. Looks too good. But unfortunately it’s not my fav CS strat. The absolute best strat I’ve ever played in my life I got lucky on it’s a CS fiesta red ‘64 journeyman strat ! My wife knows nada about guitars said “it doesn’t have a speaker on it? It seems loud” lol yeah I was unplugged too! So resonate, the feel, the look and it’s barely relic’d which I like more! My fav strat. Gonna sell the JC strat eventually I think.
🔥
Is it just me or would I buy a vintage tele or Strat….no question.

I like these guitars, but if you're not made of money(me neither) and your're good with tools, do the homework and build (or assemble your own). i built a backup (for my cs nocaster) tele that became a #1 for $800 . It out plays the cs and sounds just as good. I built a second guitar with all the same parts and its a good guitar but it doesent sound quite as balanced in tone to the cs or the #1 backup so theres that variable to considder along with the resale value which is probably equal to the current cost of the parts. Regardless, the education is worth the price of the build. Good luck in your tonequest!

Yeah I mean it looks and sounds great but I got a player grade 66 for 8k. Can't imagine paying double for a relic when you can get the real thing for less? 🤷♀

I hear you. Bought mine used for $1700 almost 20 years ago. Its a different thing now. Maybe for a different buyer. Not a player i guess.

Just buy a "61 RI fiesta red($2300 new) and a Spark 40($260 new)!!!❤❤❤ Don't waste your money...just play and be happy!!!❤❤❤
Chops for days!!!
That's the Gary Moore copy without his name on it. Great guitar!!!
Hey, my 2 cents is...great rig no doubt, but that hum was terrible. Position 2 and 4 would be alot nicer during the quiet parts. Any, as part of a band that might not be such an issue. But I'm not rich, i think I'll go wipe the drool off now. Love Emerald city guitars, i used to go there .
lol over 16k usd..... youre insane.

What do you gain from whining about the price just move along and look at some squiers

It's not about price. It's about what inspires you to play. No need to go from $16k to a Squier as an insult. A $500 - $2K guitar is for most of us. How is more important than what to me.

Apparently, you have no concept of how desirable Fender Custom Shop guitars Master Built by John Cruz have become. He no longer works for Fender. What’s out there is all that there will ever be, and a lot of people like his work. Personally, this particular guitar isn’t to my liking, and if I were having a Master Built Fender Custom guitar built for me he would not have been the builder I chose. That still doesn’t change the fact that his work has increased in value substantially.

Looks and sounds great. No better than a $2000 American vintage. Hard pass
i've heard squires sound better
16k for a not even a decade old custom shop? 😅
Fender lost him ❤
John Cruz was one of the best builders in the custom shop. Things have gone downhill there since he got the shaft. The dumpster fires that Levi Perry and Jason Smith create now.. embarrassing.
Master built totally modern guitar... Period. It would just make you wish you had the real deal... Depressing
