2017 Chito-Ryu Soke Cup - Women's Black Belt Individual Kumite Final

When Sandra Sensei competed at the 2017 Soke Cup (World Chito-Ryu Karate Championships) in Kumamoto, Japan, she set herself the goal of winning every kumite match 3-0. She didn't quite achieve her goal, but she did win 3-0 in all but one of her team kumite matches, which she won 2-0.
In this match Sandra Sensei fights the Japanese kumite champion Haruka Mizumura.
This is a great example of what can be achieved when we understand how to use correct distance & timing, especially when combined with an indomitable spirit.

    i do chito ryu karate but for boys its harder then it looks!

    Too much feeling out, I’m a judoka and thinking about getting back in karate that I started as a kid, way too slow from what I’m used to
