Disappointing that no mention was made of the vehicle's use of hydraulic steering. As more and more manufacturers switch to EPS, I feel that mentioning power-steering type should be far more an important point than mentioning cup holders.

Nah. It was just a group idiots who mistakenly took a hilux to a race track. We don't buy this to race ffs

people keep going on an on about this all new hilux buts the facts are it's only catching up with the Ranger

is the hilux cheaper than the ranger,well you learn somthing everyday.

Hilux , not anymore on my driway after loud knock from engine and quote from Toyota $4500 to replace injections on 150000km diesel D4D 3.0l .

+Gambe Kapula This is fairly common, especially with todays modern high pressure common rail diesel injection systems. If you get the injectors replaced, have them clean the oil pickup screen as leaking injectors contaminate the oil blocking the screen and eventually starving the engine of oil resulting in a seized engine.

I wonder why Australians prefer the Hilux family over the American Tundra Tacoma , I noticed KZread clips of Australians fixing cars. Most of them are Hilux

Simple. Usa cars are to big here. Our roads are smaller. I had a F35 dually and had to sell after 3 months. Cant park it or drive, mostly anywhere. The Hilux is King.

Yeah yeah hilux is reliable but i can say ford ranger has much better interior quality not like toyota they save on any plastics and leather to gain profit more profit for themself come on toyota impress us.
