Best looking truck I have seen on the road!

Looks exactly like mine, best truck I have ever owned from Chevy, Toyota and Ford. Love the power of mine got 300hp and 500 ft/lbs of torque and get 35mpg at 70 mph

If i have a 2016 ram 1500 laramie eco diesel can i still put the Limited Grill & Tailgate? Please answer.

I noticed with the knob shifter that if you turn off the engine while it's still in anything but park, it will automatically go to park for you. That is the only thing I like about the knob shifter. I prefer the stick shifter as well :).

Well if you're in the market NOW then your mind is made up it will have to be Nissan... You can't buy a RAM Eco Diesel even if you wanted to... they are on full sales hold by the EPA... have been for months.Try to find one on the "search inventory" section on the Ram website... you'll see.. NADA !!

What size tires on this truck. Are they the factory 275/60/20?

I've got to be honest. I think this is an amazing truck and that's saying a lot since I am a life long Ford owner. I just bought a 2016 Ram Big Horn with the ecodiesel. Sorry Ford. I do have to point out one thing to everyone who drives a 2500 or larger with the diesel. They have never used a Cummings diesel, they use the Cummins diesel. I am not sure why so many people want to put the "g" in Cummins. Anyway, great 1/2 ton truck.

I agree this is quite a package, and Ford is not snoozing but hyper active gas engines are ok, but not as interesting as what Ram has done. Both are great products, RAM is more innovative it seems. With Cummins, Hemi, and now their own EcoDiesel from VM Motori the HFE model. I own one now, and this Italian Company which FCA purchased wholly from GM some time ago is a great addition to the lineup. Wow RAM, keep the momentum going, it's great to have 3 healthy competitors in light and medium duty trucks and the Japanese seem essentially lost.

Can you off road test the Ford F-150 FX4? I want to see which is better ..

that would depend on the tires on each. You could put summer tires on a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and dedicated mud tires on a normal 4x4, and the normal 4x4 would go farther off road.

Rexford L I know, I just want to see does the Ford's 4x4 system is better that the Ram's on the diagonal test. A diagonal test doesn't need good tires it needs good awd/4x4 system

O M G, the Eeeeccccoooo put on a clip on mic and u hoock your chains wrong, you are clipping them upside down I would have done one or two more round about on the chain

+CarQuestion Really? u tried a Sennheiser ? Sennheiser EW 112P ? now u making me google stuff, Sennheiser is a Great Brand. never had a Problem with Sennheiser, Only thin I can think of is a lot of money, putting foam all over the place, but wont look nice on camera.. you could put some Foam on the ceiling / were the Camera can't see but I Don't know what u also use the shop for.. but if I worked in there I would tell ya to put up foam its driving me nutts. or you could be like all other car reviews and talk out side,

+Zraupp10 we made some special mods for the last vidéo with the Echo problem! It's gonna be for the Mazda 6 vidéo. Check that out soon and tell me if it's less "echo".

I have a RAM Laramie Mega cab 4x4 Cummings, I just like to state the headlights projection suck, very poor lighting. You need to use your fog lights to see adequately. No upgrades will work because of The TIPM CPU on newer 07+ Dodge, Ram, Jeep and Chrysler brand vehicles makes it less accepting of after market HID or LED conversions in general.

Do you homework people and stay away from the 6 cylinder RAM ecodiesel. They don't take the little added cost to key the cam gears, but instead just tighten them down with a bolt that will eventually allow the valve gear to slip and thus the motor blows.

Not true. That is forum chatter. Non-keyed cam gears is common in modern diesels. The incident rate is extremely low. The only real issue that appears to be more widespread is a weak oil cooler. There is nothing to do until you are out of warranty or if you tow heavy and often. I hear a recall is coming and aftermarket oil coolers should be a last resort because of their impact on powertrain warranty.

Crappy Tires is the problem. You've got hardly any grip with goodyear duratrac tires. Try a Toyo A/T or M/T and you'll have much different results!
