Oil filter? Thought they were a metal can shape well mine is and its certainly not there its in the middle of the engine and a pipe needs to be taken out to access it

where did you put the trolley jack to jack up the car. you don't put it on the normal jacking points do you?

What engine oil did you use?

I don't recall off hand ,most likely a 5w30 thats dpf safe , my oil supplier has a service that I put the vechicle registration number into and it gives you which oil to use and how much . Your parts supplier should be able to recommend an oil to you

If it's the 1.6L R9M diesel engine, it needs 5W30 ACEA C4 fully synthetic oil (low SAPS) that is safe for the DPF
