In my opinion they skimped in all the right areas to cut costs; such as the hollowness of the doors (not great but the car still feels pretty high quality none the less) and the lack of sound insulation with the back tire. They kept it a really cheap car while keeping it reliable and feeling really nice inside

Does the car have heated seats?

i mean in this market i cant really find a better car for the used price of these. the elantra would be a few years newer but i feel a older mazda3 is way nicer than a elantra

I'm kind of upset you didn't cover any of the engine in depth. Nobody has done that so far. I'm about to buy one of these.

hey man!! I had this one as a rental for about a week, I did grow to like it actually. Engine is pretty good for the class, I though it was quick enough and the trans shifted well. I got n the low 40's MPG at highway speeds with it, thats what I really cared about. Also it's a good looking car, I noticed so many people checking it out ( compared to my daily driver, which is a prius) ahahaha.

ok, these cars retain value really well. Thats a good price for one of these. BTW if you're curious, these SKYACTIV motors have a a pretty high compression ratio of 13:1, thats why they are more fuel efficient. Make sure to check for proper oil levels and any signs of a head gasket leak. If u did rally driving, im sure you know the tricks of inspecting used cars, right??

My dude really said where the push start button is really the “selling point” of a car, smh. Video is pretty good but some were more PERSONAL preferences than REAL problems/dealbreakers.

hey man, you're right, almost everything I said was personal preference. I used to be a car dealer years ago, and trust me, when the push button stuff was new around 2010, that was a major thing people wanted. My prius has been push button start since 2004.

Hey bro! I actually had this as a rental car from a toyota dealership service dept. i liked this car alot, at highway speeds it would average 40ish mpg but in my city style driving it would get 22 mpg. Considering my old prius gets 50+ in all conditions you can see why i own a prius. I can get close to 60 mpg at times too.

So is it good on fuel??
