2016 Kawasaki Ninja H2 300hp+ Engine Rebuild and Polished Transmission Upgrade
Ойын-сауық
After a couple months of waiting on parts to come in, the 2016 Kawasaki Ninja H2 300hp+ engine rebuild and transmission upgrade has finally started. Ricardo at Motorcycle Mall gives us a glimpse into what goes into building one of these motors. For this build I made a few changes to the motor from the previous version. I got in touch with Bob over at New England Gear Polishing to get the transmission REM Polished and then Dave over at WorldWide Bearings helped us out with some ceramic bearings for the motor. If you want to upgrade your motor like I did hit those guys up and tell them I sent you. This time around the motor should spin up faster and hopefully make a little more power. The King has Returned!!!

You can make 300 hp without going in to engine.

Thank you
Thinking of getting this work done with mines after it dropped a valve. Did you paint the crank case after the nikasil coat and chemical cleaning?
Job my dream
What con rods did you use? Carrillo? and pistons? Part numbers please 🙏🏼
Was the rotating assembly previously assembled? Kinda scary that no bearing clearances were checked, and it didn’t look like he oriented the rings at all either. Also mixing rod caps up at random.. Hope everything works out well for you! Show the busa this kind of love next!

Everything was checked before clearances and weight ,or the video would be way to long. Also no parts were mixed

Yeah Shawn alot was done off camera that wasn't shown because I really didn't want to have 5hrs of footage to cut up for a 20min video. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and while somethings people may not agree with, he's built more engines than anybody I know and hasn't had any issues. So I trust in his work and that's all that matters
May I ask you what pistons and conrods you use? Its CP carrillo but what model you use? I can not find it in the catalog.

Definitely a custom order. Not as expensive as you might think.
How much does it cost to you
what engine oil grade is best for h2?

What a joker 🃏 asks about the Motul, yet has no clue about the 300V. Like he was ever talking about the 7100…..lol
