your car is fine its just the sound of air rushing through the intercooler, and intake i have the 2.0L fusion and i identified it once i put a cold air intake on it.
I have the same sound..good to know it's normal...

My 2014 Escape makes the same sound.

I didn't get this until I replaced my turbo. I cant see why all of a sudden this is now a thing.
