Omg she’s beautiful!!! I have a 15 ATS and I’ve been looking to make my lights like that!!

I used to love having to shove my arm into the wheel well and change the light bulb blind just feeling around with my hand helping for the best.

Those LED lamps and strips look great, I am surprised how close the amber color is, I have noticed many that are not. Nice Work

@@gabe3693 I understand. I did go to Cadillac Dealership to replace the Headlight Lamps and they were even more. Just 1 OEM lanp (left light) is about $525. Then you will need to Right Lamp another $525 then the labor to put them on. The only Problem... they are DIM Halogen Lights and you can barely see the road. So for about the same price... the HID Lights t Thirteen put in the lamps I can go wrong at all.

any information in addition to what is readily available in the video description is going to cost you $$$. I am a service provider, not a free encyclopedia.

Here's a crazy idea. Do you think it would be feasible to add the factory lower running light housings from ATS premium trim models modded with switchback strips inside, thus using the combo of switchbacks you added to headlight housing and the lower ones as turn signals instead of the factory turn signal? This is how turn signals work on the 2014+ CTS, which I always thought were extremely cool. Or might there be legal concerns in not using the lights designated by factory for turn signals?

I like the way you think. I need an ATS because of its size. And it seems to me that the LED strips you're using have a more modern continuous light than either the ATS (premium models) running lights or CTS (standard) running/turn lights, those being designed 7 years ago or so. So cool if you can't see individual lights on the strip.

Are they still working cause I saw someone comment that there life runs out in 6 months. im trying to get the best for my 2018 Cadillac are 2.0t do you recommend these headlights?

This is awesome! I'm guessing Morimoto MLED projector would be too big for the ATS housing? Or would you prefer HID to LED even if it would fit?

The MD2S is a 3" projector. The MLED (and MLED2.0) are both 3" projectors and have the same bolt pattern as the MD2S. I always prefer HID over LED projectors.

​@@Bythirteen I know LED isn't suitable for all applications, but I supposed in a unit designed together LED might do ok simply because I drove a Mercedes c300 with factory LED light option and they seemed pretty good. Also I think The Retrofit Resource in a recent comparison video said the latest MM MLED was the "goto" retrofit. I'm not arguing with you just trying to understand. Do you think the HID is better because of the reach? BTW I'm looking for a used ATS soon and if I find one I'll be contacting you. It's amazing how few models have the better lighting option, so a retrofit for the halogens makes the ATS a much more viable option IMO.

@@5metoo everyone has their own personal 'goto' option. I do what works best in the particular situation. There are a lot of variables, there is no blanket "best solution". Case my case, client by client.

This looks really good, you did an awesome job. I'm interested in this and if you're still willing, I'd commission you for this job once the weather clears up and I can rely on my bike. I do have a question about the DRL function though. With my ATS the headlights are always on. Day or night, they'd run the halogens so how does this look in the day time when the vehicle is running and the headlights are set to automatic? Is the HID and the strip on? Or just the strip?

How has the strip held up? I am considering the Profile Prism RGB switch back, so I'm curious to see if yours are still working? I have a 2013 ATS, Any advice before I drive into this? I am planning to keep the halogen intact and not go HID.

@@Bythirteen ok because I bought after market headlight from car Id with drl led and when I plug them in the drl are orange and the turn signal is blue what type of harness do I have to buy in order to fix this problem. All I did was plug in the headlight to the factory harness that power the head light

Modified OEM housings, but the same modifications can be performed on the aftermarket replica housings.
