No...Proton did not make the Preve Turbo MT. Everyone waiting for it cos the CVT not suitable with turbo. Proton Effed up big time with this car. Heard it cannot climb incline of 30' degree.

Visited KL last week and had the chance to enjoy this car on grab. One of the most comfortable sedan I've ever had. The back seat and leg room is so comfy.

真的遇到uncle ys的话，真的没几个人够他来的！多人说第三代myvi对比前几代的myvi没力很多但是uncle ys开起来vw sirocco都超不到他uncle ys本身就已经有extra 100hp了😂！

Simulated manual mode in preve cvt is not suitable for long term heavy load driving, it forces the pushbelt to stuck at certain location on the pulley, potentially making scratches if it slips under heavy load. i killed my first gearbox using manual mode everyday, just 60k kms mileage. you can use it for fun doing a sprint on flat road. S gear is much more suited for the sporty driving conditions like genting. now i use high viscocity cvt oil to improve oil pressure, and prevent metal to metal wear. the kinematic viscocity is 39@40c & 8.7@100c. also installed wastegate booster spring to increase boost at low to mid rpms. did throttlebody setting to make throttle open 100% factory setting max 90-93% i forgot exact figure. car roughly about 148hp 225nm touque. new gearbox already 100k kms, no problems.

@@darylwong742 i think got malay owner modified persona gearbox, because preve manual gearbox very rare. in both cases need to use standalone ecu. because preve auto ecu when not connected to cvt ecu, limits rpm at 3000.... also, when using persona manual gearbox, the driveshaft location not straight, so drive shaft spoilt very fast.

其实我是owner preve cfe 2013…… 驾了靠近9年可惜最终我把它卖了，原因： - CVT 太过脆弱，lag 是一定了的 毕竟cvt。 - body subframe 久了会直接生锈后然后断。拆开来看subframe 支撑部位太薄了 这其实很危险，想象如果你驾快速突然轮胎吐进去，会整辆失控的。 - 引擎方面就别说，漏油是一定了的，可是建议漏油能够的话赶紧解决，不然直接进入belt会很危险，会滑掉。 - OCH 这个如炸弹，你不懂几时爆，一爆黑油乱喷，严重的话engine要overhaul。 - cvt 牙箱的管子，使用塑胶clip，想看那么热进出牙油的用塑胶哪来的顶啊？ 而且又不是heat resistance。 - radiator风扇 换过一次，还好warranty最后一个月来的及claim，据说connector 和 wire容易弱化，导致电路问题。 - fusebox 问题，这个对自己如果会修是没问题，如果不会每三年至五年你要去换 整个fusebox或者找人trade in。 唯一fusebox 问题就是 aircon 不冷，一时一时冷和热。 - 9年车 上拖车2次 - maintenance 没那么便宜，不过c segment里算可以接受，只是spare part 头痛，spare part 要order。 其他就OK。 handling，棒。 稳重。不会很飘。 有力是一定的。 还有它的 side mirror 的concept我喜欢。 走了一阵才开，现代的通常是解锁了自动打开，开一个门拿东西也要开关。 还有后箱其实不用钥匙的，只要按久久解开锁键就自动弹开了。

side mirror走了一阵才开其实是个问题来的！正常的话是unlock的时候就要打开了，如果是parking一上车就是要看镜子的，根本就是个麻烦..

关于你说的cvt油那2条hose他是比较硬的也是属于角度固定形的，我的方法是把那2条hose用cabletie绑在一起，也就是说如果要靠压力脱出来的话可以说是不可能的因为2条绑紧在一起了 漏油的话就不敢说脱出来应该不可能.其中1条有松的话第2条hose有support着

To open the boot you just press the remote open function for a while it will unlock without the need of key, the driver side window still function when the engine off after 3 minutes, to reset the window auto function let the window down and keep pressing the button for 5 second, Normal setup also you can drive well, I think if do some improvement and good tyre the Swift sport is an easy thing, The “S “ mode are use to climb very steep hill and not for speed, I forget to put back to D on highway and the warning light light up, the engine RPM are high at S mode, the light went off after shifting back to S after a few minutes, “D “ and the peddle shift are more suitable for this run, Nice drive , Go and flash your ECU with MBO for RM600 and you didn’t regret with 16% additional power, I enjoy your video, take care be safe.

開boot不需要插鑰匙的，按UNLOCK button3秒就會自動打開了。。。。這功能全系列都有. 低配手牙也有.

后尾箱remote 我也是现在才知道，因为钥匙没有印着所以现在后期的 Proton 钥匙终于有显示 “hold” 来开尾箱了

Nissan Sentra was geared to climb Genting since it was first launch. Don't remember those taxis overtaking us left right and center back in the days. I am sure all those drivers are not Uncle YS

I revisited this particular episode cos I had heard that the Preve cannot handle hillclimb so who best to watch but Aderen. The other day I revisited an episode of you trying out the stroker kitted 1.6L Saga LMST. Not a bad option if you are into modding.

Preve car boot. no need to use physical key also can... press and hold the remote control 3s (unlock) the boot will pop up.

Hahaa don't under estimate uncle.., Preve 138hp 205Nm with Turbo but sentra only about 118hp, 140+ Nm, no vsc and probably no ABS too. ...when u try to overtake i believe his VTC kick in and then all the way up. His driving and cornering is outstanding. You can try review this sentra too. Underated car actually.

@@babisotonggg at most could be a 1.8 sentra. But definitely nothing big mod. Remember, Uncle did not slow down at corner and made nice racing line. Preve tire expired already and cvt heated. If not sure easily makan sentra. Big question now, who is that uncle? Takumi? Ya, by real world Takumi already become uncle liao 😁

@@babisotonggg Actually I am having this sentra too. I re-watch and check the speed of the preve at those corner, I would say the sentra is a 1.6 and ya, with a healthy tire, engine and gearbox count. If you see when Aderen try to overtake 1st time, he got a bit struggle then his VTC open at about 4200rpm, the power comes at high revs with right gear selection. Most important the uncle just good skill know how to went in and out the corner at higher speed, so he can keep higher speed. To be fair, Preve just got slight problem (tayar, gearbox), if not sudah tapau Sentra easily.

turbo boost好像是0.7-1.0，并不是少于0.5 后尾箱remote 按着 remote 的开锁键就可以开了

U can open Bonet,after press unlock 3 second, automatically open

gear stick need to put in "M" not "D" (push to left) so it will stick to gear that u want and wont change automatically to "D"

想看Preve IAFM+ CVT 版本，力水应该差很多，可是应该一样稳。本人用着UC6轮胎，省心又好开的一辆车。

我家有2辆分别是iafm和cfe，差别很大下，动力肯定cfe，方向盘iafm比cfe轻很多，刹车也比cfe吃很多，隔音就cfe好，iafm低速操控好高速超车感觉方向盘有点抓不住cfe就高速操控好低速方向盘重

tested 0-100 S mode faster than M mode. 225/45/17 quite good choice for preve cfe. good grip & not too much drag.

Thank you for the drive, i have driven both a lot the Sentra and Preve. Preve got loads of torque as long you are on a lower gear of you need torque matter how steep it can pull but the Sentra despite less HP but the response is way quicker then Preve and yes at the top end although Preve can do 200+ very very slowly it can build speed easily to 160kmh then lose momentum at higher rpm. Sentra can go to 190 kmh very linearly.Both decent cars. But reliability Preve quite manja compared to Sentra.

MBO the Preve and its enough for once in a while spirited driving , no lag and faster climb to 200kmh less fuel too if you drive normally, the remap cost just RM699 and now I heard much less

Uncle nissa sentra is savage🤣🤣

车太重了，跑不赢他 其实数据上的205nm这颗cvt传动动力损失比最新的persona和iriz都来的高.落到的轮上大概只有190nm而已+上esc和车重惯性太大导致过弯上再度限制你的油门那个时候比起sentra什么安全辅助都没有的自然就是个硬伤了而且油门在你秒踩到底的瞬间ecu在throttle body的开度是不会跟着你的脚秒开完的.踩完最大开度也是85%不是100%，解决方法是车不载人配上ps4或更好的轮胎尺寸用215/45/17，throttle body需要动点手脚然后把esc关掉和够大的胆量才可以跟到.🙂我自己开着suprima s
